This product "does what it says on the tin"...I bought this for my son in law and he was overjoyed. Particularly as I had the option of having The Wave engraved, thus personalising for him. Delivery was excellent as was all communication from the very first visit to the site.

fantastic sevice
Ordered this for my husband,the free engraving of his name was such a lovely touch. The communication emails were brilliant and the item arrived really quickly,even though I ordered quite late to arrive for Christmas.It was also packaged well. Great product... Another year, another problem !!
This is the second year running I have ordered and had problems from this company.
Last year I bought my two nephews a boxed Leatherman Wave each for Christmas. It duely arrived, but the plastic insert within the tin was all broken and looked a mess. A phone call soon sorted this out, but why and how did this happen... did they not check the item prior to dispatch ??
This year I bought my same nephews the bit attachments for their knives, again for Christmas. Duely opened the package on arrival and low and behold the case they should have been in had come apart inside the package and a set of instructions was missing... Again, somebody placed these in the package... did they not check everything was there before they sealed it ??
Come on folks, get a grip, sort this out, you're letting yourselves down big style !

I purchased this for my Farther for Christmas,they really are excellent bits of kit,I have the wave model and I always reach for it in stead of the tool box for most jobs around the house and whilst out in the field with the rifle,I have had mine 5yrs now and the blade is still as sharp as the day I purchased it,speaks for itself really.Great fast delivery of a great lifetime product,many thanks.

When things go wrong on an order the wheat is sorted from the chaff. We had a small problem on my order but they way it was sorted out and the speed of this really impressed me. Would definitely recommend and will use again when I replace (the next time i forget about it and airport security take this off my keyring!) Thanks very much.
