The manufacturing quality is second to none the tool is still perfect after many years of use.

I ordered my Charge TTI 10 minutes before the deadline for shipping and was delighted to catch the same day despatch, despite requesting engraving - excellent service all round and a brilliant and versatile multitool

Everything went very well, a very good product and service. I was disappointed that the Leatherman I chose (Squirt ES4) didn't have a case included or the option to buy one. When queried I was told that there is no case made or intended for this model, one would be very useful to protect the tool.

Really does not get better. Sent my Leatherman sent for a warranty repair and replaced within a week.

I have now bought 3 Leatherman's over the last few years, the last one being the squirt PS4 which arrived engraved. All the leatherman's that I've bought have been first class (of course!) and the service from this company, not only giving you a great deal (on the price) but also a magnificent service. I can only say don't go anywhere else to see if you can get a better deal, because you won't!!!

Ordered myself a little treat after Xmas, arrived quickly, safely, and price was very good.

One minor point - if I had been ordering as a present, the surprise would have been spoiled because of the packaging! But that's only a minor issue.
