Sorry to hear that you had problems with delivery to portugal. We've decided in light of a few incidents like this to try switching to DHL for European shipping. We're constantly monitoring our deliveries to try and find the best combination of price, reliability and ease of use.

fantastic product, very very quick delivery.
the reason for the low rating is due to the fact that this same product with the engraving and next day delivery could have cost me 50 POUNDS LESS on another website.
not sure why leathermans.co.uk is so expensive.
50 quid, thats a lot extra, was gutted when i found out.
