Ordered a Leatherman Wave for my brothers Birthday and wanted it engraved.
On the website i was informed that the engraving process may take up to 48hrs, so i was expecting to be waiting 4-5 days for the said knife....
But, considering i ordered the Leatherman on a Saturday afternoon and the knife turned up on Tuesday morning fully engraved, i was most pleased.
I would not have a problem putting these guys up for service of the year so far.

Im so happy with my leatherman its reliable, looks great and most importantly gets the job done without a fuss. I also love the fact of free engraving it gives it a little bit of personality. Great site, easy to use, shipping came fast and on time and yeah good all around cheers guys :D

hi i was very happy with my new multitool wave and set of extra attachments a total of £99.00.
the video explaining the extra attachments informed me that i would recieve a nylon pouch to clip on my belt to house the bits. i did not recieve one.
i e/mailed leatherman and i was informed there had been a change and tyhere was some print below the video saying this and there was, but my point is after watching a video of a product you i was about to purchase i was,nt looking for small print to contradict the video.
i think they should change the video to a more true one.

quick delievery

This was a last minute present idea for my brother who is going travelling to Australia... the order was placed in the morning and the Leatherman arrived the next day and included the engraving too. It looks great and the free torch was a perfect addition. My brother loved it and was totally over the moon!!

I found the web site very easy to use, nothing puts me off more than an over technical geeky site that frankly I dread trying to navigate around,the item I wanted was easy to find, with plenty of variety and discriptions that made sense to a woman shopping for her man,the added bonus of name engraving swung it over other sites I had looked at, item arrived in 4 days, well packed and exactly as described.I would reccomend this site to familly and friends.
