Couldn't ask for a better customer experience
I contacted the shop looking for a 1963 Armagnac that was online but out of stock. I was helped by Bronte, who was fantastic. She let me know that the product was going to be re-ordered and gave me an accurate timeline for expect arrival. She was quick to respond to my emails and let me know in advance that it was expected in in a few days and again let me know when it was in stock . It was shipped right away and I had it with time to spare for the date I needed. Couldn't ask for a better customer experience. Many thanks to Bronte for her assistance.

On the day in question you claimed courier attempted delivery we were in all day and nobody came to the house door or left a card. Surely re delivery is down to le bon vin to arrange not myself

As alcohol orders require a person over 18 present to receive them we have sent you an email so you can arrange a suitable delivery with the carrier.
