OK service but packaging could be better
Easy to use website, and prompt delivery with competitive prices.
But I was a little disappointed with the way all six bottles were packaged, 3 the right way, 3 upside down, wedged in a box that was too small. I'm surprised they made it intact.

We are pleased to hear that you are happy with our service. However I can assure you that we never pack our wines as you have described. They are packed in secure double walled boxes and then placed inside another double walled outer box. It sounds as though the carrier has damaged your box and because nothing was broken they have repackaged it in one of theirs. This is very rare that they do that as they usually return it to us to be repackaged.
I’m pleased and surprised that they reached you intact.
I hope this experience doesn’t stop you from using Le Bon Vin again.
