I recently decided to renew my car and as I had dealt with Leeds Motor Company before I decided to go there. AS before Tony was exceedingly patient in finding me the car just right for me. He remembered my needs from the last time, Automatic, petrol and 4 door. He allowed me a test drive to make sure I was happy with it.
Even after I purchased it he was really helpful in making sure I got my road tax and DVLA notifications done properly. He help me fill in retention forms to keep my personal registration He has even offered when I get my V6 form and retention slip returned he will organise one of the staff to change my plates. He was never pushy like some salesmen are and I never felt under pressure.
I would really recommend this company and I hope I don't need to buy another car soon but if I do it will certainly be LEEDS MOTOR COMPANY

Tried to rip me off with a vehicle I wanted to part exchange, dealers like this DO give genuine company’s a bad name avoid at all costs !

bought a car in January from burley place, feel like it’s been one thing after the other.
sold me a car that had a crack on the windscreen which they said had been filled so couldn’t do anything else
Then I find tape on one of the wingmirrors so within my warranty I took it and they had a look and said they would order a new one. Waited a week for it to arrive and then nearly a week to get booked in. When I collected it, it was the same exact wingmirror as they took majority of the tape off but left some still underneath. I needed my car so took it home and rang them the next day after it was after hours and they said to bring it for them to have a look again which would mean another trip back and forth.

We came down for a viewing despite being close to closing time. Customer service was amazing. Very thorough with checks and servicing. Placed a deposit on the same day and purchased car in full later. Would highly recommend.

Just before Xmas i wanted to test drive a Ford C max Tony was happy to meet on a Sunday so i could test drive the car we agreed a deal but when i went to pick the car up there was a screeching from the engine. This was no problem for Tony he immediately arranged for me to drop it at their service centre who promptly changed the belts the car runs fine Tony was true to his word everything sorted no pushy sales spiel a great experirence the car is great this will be my first place to look when i eventually look for another car & ive told everyone i know to give these guys a look first when buying theur next car

We visited Leeds Motor Company (Burley Place) looking for a car for my daughter and was dealt with by Jeremy. He was friendly, not pushy, patient and answered any questions we put to him. After inspecting and testing two cars we agreed to purchase one of them. The necessary paperwork was dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. In fact, I am pleased to say the entire experience went smoothly, was carried out in a straightforward manner and was stress free. I would not hesitate in recommending Jeremy and LMC to others or using them again at some future date.

Purchased a Jaguar F-Pace from Leeds Motor Company and have had premium service from start to finish from Nick. The vehicle was very reasonably priced to start with and Nick with no quibbles about resolving a couple of things I pointed out plus a good deal on my part exchange. The vehicle was fully serviced and valeted before I took ownership, and I can vouch for their friendly service. No high pressure selling just a good honest deal. Will definitely return there and recommend them to friends.
