Please never order a dress from here unless you’re gonna keep it regardless. The dress material was fine, but it came late first off then when I went to return it, it was so much work and they only respond once a day at like 2 am and you only have seven days to return it so trying to get a shipping label and acknowledge you are returning it was like pulling teeth. They will try to compromise with you by giving you a $10 refund (the dress was $130) and when you say no, they offer you something else but again you have to wait a day just for them to say that. After all was said and done, they had the audacity to say if we forget to give you your refund, you can remind us. WHAT?? There is also a restocking fee, which cost me $30 (absolutely ridiculous). Please go spend your money elsewhere.

Just an awful experience over all. I should have trusted my gut and canceled my order during the first 24 hour period. THANKFULLY I made my order through PayPal and they assisted me in getting a FULL refund, which based off of the reviews is not very common with this company. OF COURSE when the dresses came, they looked nothing like the ads. I messaged the "Customer Support" and they first offered me a $20 refund, a $25 coupon code, and a suggestion that I keep the faulty dresses. Which I of course told them no because my order was well over $250 and I have no plans of purchasing anything with them again. I requested a refund because it fell into their Return and Refund Policy stipulation of the dress being a "Standard-size dresses" and fell within the return window of "7 business days of delivery." They then suggested sending me a 100% coupon code and I return the items, or I keep the items and receive a refund of $60 even though their website states that " Returned items are refunded the amount paid for the items along with applicable taxes." At that point I was over it just went through PayPal. I was able to get e full refund including shipping and handling and delivery insurance. Also, if you're lucky enough to be able to return everything, keep the bags that your items were shipped in. They "require" them to be returned to them for the items to be accepted, and take pictures of EVERYTHING. -___- Also do everything through USPS. I was able to ship everything back using a priority box for like $15.00. Usually I can find one redeeming quality with any business transaction, but not this time.

I wish to return the dresses because they are too large; however, they informed me that returns are not possible and offered only £20 for two dresses that I paid £183 for. This situation is disappointing and raises concerns about the company's reliability.

Wanted to return the dress for a different colour - went back & forth over email for 14 days them offering me credit to keep the dress. Explained I didn’t want the dress & colour but would be happy to re-order in a different colour after returning this item .. also accepted return postage cost.
Final email from the company and no response since was them saying it was a custom colour. I have attached screen shots showing it was not a custom colour or size but no response and no number to call.
Wish I could attach screen shots- I was going to order for my 9 bridesmaid but would never shop on here again.
Do not recommend- they do not follow through with their own policies
4 dresses 1 perfect, 3 terrible experience
I ordered 3 dresses, the sizing was off on all three of them and the variance was huge by a good 6/7 inches. The return process was incredibly difficult weeks of emails and pictures being sent to evidence the issue and finally got the ok to return the items in Dec 2024. It's now June 2024 and the items were returned to me by Royal Mail today, they were uncollected from customs in China. I give up. I think if you manage to get the right product then it may be ok. If you have any issues though or need to return anything it will be an absolute nightmare. I wouldn't risk ordering from here again despite having one really nice dress out of the 4 ordered. I'm now at a loss with the other 3.

I ordered my $220 dress because they said that it would be shipped within 48 hours. I ordered expedited shipping and it said 3-8 days. After 3 days my dress wasn't shipped yet and I messaged them and they said that they had a lot of orders right now. I then wanted to cancel my order and they only gave me 50% refund because it was after 3 days. Would not recommend. False advertising. Also, I found a similar dress at Macy's on sale. If you have a Macy's near you, I would check that out before ordering from this store.

Really really bad. Ordered a dress for daughter’s prom, the fit was very small around the hips. The dress cost £100 and the finish of the dress was very bad, looked like it had just been knocked up to order in a sweatshop … no lining, no tags, and poorly made. I asked for a refund and was told to keep the dress and they would give me some of the money back. I want to send the dress back and get full refund. But I have to send it back to china with no guarantee I will receive my money back after they take handling fees, administrative fees and my payment for delivery. SCAM COMPANY FROM CHINA

Also 5 star reviews are fake, as I realised someone had used my name to make a good review 1 month ago, which did not come from me. I have removed it. I’m taking it some of these other 5 star reviews are people that have just ordered their dresses and unaware that they are being used to make good reviews and they are probably sat waiting for a dress that may or may not turn up and probably won’t fit when it does eventually arrive!!! ‼️

Absolutely appalling company who tried to refuse me a refund for whilst I was still inside the return window. As soon as I threatened legal action they refunded me without even asking for the dress back. The dress arrived stinking of plastic and felt so hard and cheap and it had a rip in it.

This company is in china. We ordered a prom dress for my daughter. I’ve sent it back because it was too small. This cost £38.00 with Royal Mail. It’s been with their customs now for 2 weeks. Correspondence with them made it appear that I would have a refund as soon as I sent it. They then said that I would have to wait until they received it.
Likely going to have to purchase another dress soon. Her prom is in 4 weeks time.

Very bad service
I had ordered an item and it didn’t fit correctly so I requested a refund with return of the item but they were not ready to refund even half the price of the item. The customer service was very rude and not very supportive. I said I didn’t want the shipment charge just refund the cost of the item, they were not even willing to do that. Very bad service and disappointing.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from here with express shipping, took over 6 weeks to arrive.
When it arrived it did not fit, very small sizing. To request a return you need to email them and you only have 7 days. I emailed 2 days after the item arrived. They are doing everything to try and stall the return.
First they wanted to know why I want to return (I included this in my initial email). Then they offered me £5 and to keep the item !!! A £100 dress that doesn’t fit!!! Now I am awaiting if I can return to USA or Texas (shipping at my expense). I already know I am going to have issues doing this, not one review on here has been able to return.

Terrible experience with this company. Still waiting on a refund for two dresses that were horrendous quality, hems not finished and stitching not complete. I had to fight to obtain the return address from them, after days of offers via email (when they replied) ‘keep the dresses and have a 2% refund’ ‘have a $50 credit’. Finally after getting the address, they require photos of the return and tracking, at your cost. All while saying you must return them in 7 days. After all this, they ask can you email us when it says it’s been delivered to remind us to refund you! STILL waiting on that refund! I ordered a dress from Aritzia, wrong size, exchanged it and got my refund and new dress, turn around time less than a week. STAY AWAY from Leely!

Honestly, there are probably better alternatives for dresses because these do feel quite cheap, however, for the price of the dresses, this is an amazing website.
I ordered my promdress around a month ago, and i was quite sceptical of it at first (especially because i ordered something with no reviews on that website). After i ordered it and I decided to check the trustpilot reviews my heart SANK so hard. It took around a month for my package to be shipped here. Please take that into precaution if you are here to buy something last-minute because it won’t come in time. If you want a prom dress that feels a bit less cheap just go to a prom dress shop.
The dress that came fits me PERFECTLY and its honestly so gorgeous. I am extremely glad that I ordered it from this website. I wish the shipping time was a bit quicker but im still very pleased with my dress.
One star is too generous – avoid at all costs
I ordered a maroon dress from LeelyUK. What I received was black. Not a slight shade difference -black. I contacted their customer service, expecting a resolution. Instead, I was told the dress was correct and offered a partial refund (a fraction of what I paid) to keep a dress I didn’t order.
This company is misleading customers with inaccurate product images and refuses to take accountability. The quality is poor, the colour is wrong, and the service is laughable. Don’t waste your time or money. This is not a reputable retailer - it’s a scam dressed up as fashion.
