Love Lee Stafford products, delivery could improve
I have bought Lee Stafford products for many years now and just absolutely love them! Unfortunately this time around my order took approximately a month to arrive, however thankfully I was not in a rush to receive them. When they did arrive, I was delighted to find I have received a free product so I can't really complain. The only reason I have given 4* and not 5* is because perhaps there could have been an estimate delivery time at checkout, or a warning about long delivery times, just so that I was aware of this before ordering as I did begin to slightly worry where my order was. This has not put me off ordering again, but just felt it was my duty as a long-term customer to give my feedback which I hope helps Lee Stafford as a company in future.

Items took over a month to actually arrive and one item was missing from my order. Have been trying to contact them for the last two weeks and have received absolutely no response. Extremely disappointing. I won’t be spending my money on their products again, I shall find another brand.

Longer wait times were expected with Christmas and massive discounts in the January sale, my order look a little longer than expected but I contacted them via Facebook/email and received replies, my order was then received within days with a free gift and extra points onto my account.

My box of products got lost by DPD and the only way of fixing the problem is by Leestafford contact with DPD. But this company dont answer emails or phone calls. By that I can see thats a companhy that doent care at all for your clients.

This company should be closed down. No orders being sent out; constant advertising yet seem to fail on responding to anyone's e-mails and then sending out incorrect and damaged stock. Most people are not even receiving their correct goods. I am looking to report them to the Ombudsman as I have 2 orders in and still showing "processing" since 16th Jan 2022. Most people have goods outstanding as far back as Dec 2021. Lee Stafford seems to have gone into hiding and not addressing anything. Please avoid like the plague really not worth it sale or not.

Placed an order on the 4th January for 12 items, heard nothing. After 2 weeks I emailed the "customer service team" (if you can call it that) and had an automated response. A week later I have received 2 items, one of which I didn't even order! I wouldn't have been bothered about waiting if that had been made clear by some sort of tracking or update. They took the money on the day I ordered and now on the website my order is showing as complete and I've not received anything like what I ordered! Absolute joke, especially as products that I ordered went on sale in home bargains for 49p after I had placed my order. If I thought I was never going to get it I would have got them from there at a quarter of the price! No contact number or any other way of contacting them other than email 😡 not a happy customer.

Ordered 30th of December and although it took 2 weeks to arrive this was expected due to Christmas holidays and high demand. I did contact customer services to enquire about my order I received and automated reply and then an actual reply from a representative a few days later. I have looked through the bad reviews on here and think they are unfair. The prices of products were rock bottom and free delivery if you spent so much. Waiting 2 weeks I dont think was bad for high quality? Have ordered before and will order again even if it does take a few weeks to arrive

Awful, made an order 29th December, no communication since. Contacted customer service 3 times, no answer. No live chat, only contact form on website or via email. I will definitely be asking for a refund. Terrible service. Great disappointment.
Disappointing First Order...
A very disappointing first experience with Lee Stafford. Placed an order online on 4th January, 10 days later still waiting for my items. Emailed on the 10th and as of today, the 14th, still no response. Quick enough to take the funds from my bank account though on the 5th.
Definitely won't shop with them again.
Update at 22nd January. Order finally arrived today. All items correct with an additional item l assume was added as an apology over how long this has all taken, so thanks for that.
The worst bit of this whole business has been the poor communication. I can accept being busy with a sale on to an extent but I assume a sale is on every January so being busy should not have come as a surprise. Unless Lee Stafford has his elderly relatives boxing his orders up in his spare bedroom, there really isn't much excuse for a handful of items to take almost 3 weeks to arrive!
I work in customer service and first impressions definitely count. A poor experience stays with you and as I said above, as much as I like Lee Stafford products, this is not an experience I intend to repeat.
