Money gone and no customer service
I've been trying to do the money transfer to my account, but got an error saying "unsuccessful transfer" every time. Tried contacting customer support, and after numerous emails, no response and the money from the pot is now 0,- even though I did not get my money.
You would expect some customer service from a company like this, but it seems that you only get a response to your request by posting a review on Trustpilot or other review sites.
I need a response ASAP, because for now it looks like Leetchi stole my money.

Unable to access money
I received a money pot from my colleagues when I left my job but am unable to access it. I uploaded my ID (passport) 2 weeks ago and am still waiting. Messages are not answered apart from an automated response asking you not to send any more messages ! Very poor service and seems untrustworthy.

Even after a bad review no change
Such a bad service. Phone nr doesn't work, they don't respond to emails. My ID is still not approved (after a week) and I can not get the pot money. This is too bad for words. I would never use this website again. I want my money back - even after receiving a bad review there is no solution, there is no change. They don't even try. My problem is still unsolved and my money "frozen". Too bad for words, this all. NO NOT use this website for anything!!

They are taking forever to process the payment of money we raised for our friends daughter heart surgery. The girl already had the procedure and still no payments made. Do not use this service. They will steal your money.

Never got my money back - not trustworthy
By the end of November we created a money pot for a farewell present of a colleague. As the organizer I added my payment method, when I contributed right away and followed the process of validation. But my status of profile validation was not going anywhere. I tried to contact costumer service via different phone numbers, but even the new number from the answering machine didn't work.
In the meantime I became suspicious and saw very bad reviews on facebook and trustpilot. So I tried the customer service via instagram and finally got a response. Eventually after a while I got my profile validated and requested my money pot transfer on Dec 6th. In the meantime, luckily some of our money pot contributors could get their payment back by their individual banks, but half of the amount still isn't transferred.
I contacted Leetchi another time 6 days ago and still get no response. We needed to buy that colleague's gift very quickly and the way they hold of our own money is unacceptable, especially when they charge additional fees for the collection. I wouldn't recommend using this platform at all.
Update: On January 6th I received a message from the help team "once you will be able to get access to your account, you will be able to ask for a new bank transfer of the right amount"
Well... Too bad I still can't access the account.
On January 10th: I got an E-mail from the help team to reset my password, which I did. But guess what? Still no access to the account.
I still believe this platform is fraud and its been more than two months I'm waiting to get my money back. I would totally avoid using this provider!
