Ordered a new Deed Poll to replace my original that I needed to apply for my first passport. Service was excellent. Would recommend these guys to anybody needing a replacement.

Very pleased indeed. Easy to follow instructions and guidance online. Professionally prepared and although I paid for Royal Mail 'Sign For' delivery I was impressed how quickly it was sent out. I'll admit I was initially weary of using any online service but it such a saving and glad I took the plunge. Would recommend to anyone.

I am not happy at all, I paid to Recieve originals, but the last three were on white paper. However what was even worse is that this company had written my name wrong. In the first email they sent me, my name was correct, but when they sent out the copies to my address, my name was incorrect and not attractive to look at. I recieved one original, with one red stamp and the others done on white paper for £6 for additional copies on white paper; that I could have photo copied myself. All copies should have been exactly as the first with a red stamp.
I promptly emailed and left the company with a message on their answering machine in addition I told them of their mistake with my name with the incorrect name. They replied and said it was my mistake which is soundly shocking. I am an artist and the spelling of a new name visually for me is a serious thing. I asked for a full refund because this was an unhappy experience, for them to blame me when I had written name correctly is wrong. I have not yet been told that I will receive a full refund. I have proof that the email they sent, had correct details but when they physically sent out documents they did it wrong. I do not understand why I now cannot get through to this company with the number provided. Is this a scam!???

Not too happy to be honest.

I paid for my deed poll (not a legal requirement to have one made up, but thought it would be nice as it was part of a gift).

I paid for the original and "copies" of my original certificate, which were charged at an additional price of course.

This was understandable as I assumed if it was £15.99? (can't remember the exact price of the one deed poll) then an extra £6 or so for copies is not too bad.

I received my deed poll and was told that I would receive an e-mail the same day with a cover letter to attach to send to companies.

I opened up my package and the first deed poll was as expected, a faux (as in because I could literally write it on plain paper and have the same effect) legal document with a imitation wax stamp on the document on what looks lke legal paper.

The item wasn't too bad. It certainly didn't warrant the price tag, but it was ok for the purpose I wanted.

My problem is that the "copies" I paid for, were basically printed out on plain white paper which were not a copy of the original, they were just some text typed up with some printed signatures/a pretend stamp on them.

I contacted support to ask if it was the case that this is how basic the copies where how is the extra cost warranted (£6 for 3 pieces of plain white paper which had been printed on) as if this was the case, I could have just photocopied the original myself for a tiny fraction of the cost.

I was told they do not take complaints via message and to call them. I called and was told "that's just how it is" and was told to call back.

I then contacted support to ask where my e-mail with my cover letter was as I had not received it yet and it was the day after they said I'd be getting it.

Support were rude and quite abbrupt simpl replying "I'll send it out again" and then closing the chat window immediately.

I've been waiting since midweek to receive this (correct me if I'm wrong but e-mails usually arrive in an instant once they're sent).

Overall I'm not too happy with the product and service given to me by this company and it seems their website claim of "if you are not 100% satisfied you will receive a full refund" is false.

I've also received a massive influx of junk e-mail since giving my e-mail address to this company. (Which is new) now I'm not saying this is 100% their fault, or that they've sold on my e-mail. But if anyone else has experienced the same, please comment.

-edit- after reading this review they have called me to offer a full refund, so I can't fault them on that. But I will not be deleting my comments because of this, as the problems will still be present for other customers... and I'm still yet to receive my cover letter so found one elsewhere.
