Sent complaint but was ignored
The service was quick and reasonably priced but the incorrect address was used on my certificate. I emailed immediately as I was concerned it may affect my passport application. As it happened it didn't but nobody has ever bothered to contact me in response to my email. There were no contact details on the covering letter either which I found telling, bearing in mind my experience. Once I had paid that was it.
