Outstanding Customer Service
I had an excellent experience with Legend London's customer support. Awful product
I’m 6ft 1” 13 1/2 stone most T-shirts are a large so ordered large. They were absolutely tiny sent back for a replacement of extra large which cost me £5.50 postage, extra large was hardly any different in size, didn’t want to pay for postage again so kept them. Washed them once now they’re halfway up my stomach would never buy again absolutely awful product

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to order your usual size, only to find the T-shirts came up much smaller than expected. We appreciate that paying to return them for a larger size, only to find there was very little difference in the fit, would have been incredibly disheartening. We can also understand why you chose not to return them a second time.
We're equally sorry to hear that the T-shirts shrank after washing in line with the care instructions. We appreciate that this has left you feeling that the products weren't good value for money, and that's certainly not the experience we want our customers to have.
Regarding the return cost, the fee covers the return shipping service that was selected for the exchange. While this is outlined within our returns policy, we completely understand your frustration, particularly as the sizing didn't meet your expectations in the first place.
