I ordered the wrong size t shirts and was worried about it getting mailed before it could be corrected since it's a weekend and today is Sunday. I reached out to them and I got a message Sunday morning on Instagram from Kathleen and she corrected the order before shipping. She responded in a hour or so after the message. Was great response and news which was great.

Kathrina is an asset to the customer service team, made my query super easy to deal with. Will be back again soon !

I was a little worried before ordering, as I had seen some negative reviews, but I really had nothing to worry about.

I ordered two pairs of shorts, one blue and one cream, and my order arrived within just two days. When I opened the package, I noticed that the cream pair had a small mark on them. I emailed customer services, and Rania responded almost immediately, apologised for the issue and quickly resolved the problem.

Apart from the small mark, the shorts are excellent quality and are some of the best I have purchased, even compared with products from well-known high-street brands.

The customer service from Rania was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend Legend to anyone.

Well, i saw them carpenter jeans at different socials and decided to try them out. At first, i always do a little background check to make sure that my money doesn't go to papa Uganda, and i did saw quite a few negative reviews but most of them are about the delivery time or the return issues. Wich i believe that if you get the size correct and also you have to understand that shipping isnt a quick thing anymore like before. Its busy. You have to keep that in mind. Well, the company seemed legit so i went on and tried out 2 carpenter pants.

So after the order was placed, the communication was really solid. Also a complementary email from the company, wich i appreciated! The company is in the UK and i live in Holland, Amsterdam. I got my pants in less than a week, wich is really quick if you consider all the movements before it gets here. The package felt heavy, i was thinking bro i only ordered 2 pants lol but the quality is really solid. These are definitely not the cheaper kinds of pants. You really feel like you have something in tour hands. Also, the fitting was more than just perfect. They are exactly as how you see them at the socials and thats really rare. Most of the time its wishful thinking but in this case, the guys from LegendLondon absolutely nailed it. You guys got yourself a regular costumer.

I can only recommend you guys to give it a go and see for yourself. I will get back at them as soon as my next payday is dropping on my bank lol.

Great Customer Service

Having received a parcel from Legend London, one item was missing. I sought help via the website and was contacted by Houda. Having explained the situation and apology was given and I was offered either a refund or for the product to be sent to me with no questions asked. No need to negotiate or send pictures etc, trust was afforded to me as the customer and the new item has been sent to me with full tracking details and I look forward to receiving it tomorrow.

Buying from an online clothing company can be a little daunting, especially when you first discover them through Facebook ads. But I decided to take the plunge because the prices were fantastic and the clothing looked incredible.

I would like to provide feedback on the assistance I received from Kathrina. I had a great experience with her managing my return options. She kept me well-informed regarding the details of the shipping, handling, and credit for my return items. I would rate Kathrina five star for the great customer service.

The mercerised tees are unreal. Fit exactly as described - tight around the arms and loose on the stomach. Great if you go to the gym. For reference I’m 5’9 and 73kg. Arrived within a day too.

AVOID at all costs. Please take this advice seriously.

This company has great marketing but thats where it ends. Dont engage or purchase anything from them.

I regret ever hearing of this company.

I purchased 6 Tee's as part of a bundle offer. I'm normally XL but I purchased XXL the Tee's came in a variety of colours and the quality was nice, I would have kept only the sizing was more like a Medium than XXL. I was so dissapointed I only tried one of the 6 Tee's folded back and sent back immediately due to extremely poor sizing.

I paid £8.40 for the Royal Mail tracked return. The 6 Tee's i had spent £114 total including shipping cost so after spending £122.40 to have the really poor sized items returned. I recieved nothing.

I had to chase multiple times, after weeks I got a response saying that I can only be refunded a maximum of £99. This would be returned after inspection of the returned items.

Another few weeks went by and I was sent £75. With a note stating I didn't return all of the items. Which ofcourse I had.

I complained vua social media as there is no customer service number.

They opened an investigation.

Again a few weeks later after many chases I get a response saying they've checked with the warehouse and only 5 items where recieved. Baring in mind I returned the items All 6 via Track and Trace, which is weighed.

Ive had to report this company to Trading Standards and BBC Watchdog.

Avoid at all costs to avoid dissapointment.

Reading the reviews im not the first to discover shocking customer services, poor sporadic sizing, wrongly accused of missing returned items and inadequate refunds.

But I hopefully will be the last.

Take note and avoid at all costs.

I have ordered quite a few clothes of this company. Always very happy with the fit and quality. Quick delivery and well packaged. They always keep you well informed about the delivery. My last order I made. I ordered the wrong size. I contacted customer service and the amended my order no problem at all. Dealing with Katherina who is very polite and professional. Unlike other online companies she/they get back yo you straight away. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended

I have ordered a bunch of things like worth around £200 and it was two different deliveries so i have paid for delivery for both orders and returned some items from both orders because they weren’t fit properly, i kept one item from both orders, but i have paid around £20 for delivery and returns almost same price to a T-shirt! That’s a rip off, they should provide free delivery at least for orders over £100 and returns £5.85 for each order! Never order anything else because if it doesn’t fit or i don’t like it then i need to pay around £6 for return beside the delivery fees, i wasn’t happy with that at all! A big clothing brand can’t be bothered to offer free shipping or returns! I have bought a pair of shoes from Arneclo it was only £85 and free delivery and didn’t fit returned free of charge! So legend london making themselves rich over my and others pocket, that’s me beside thousands of people so i can’t imagine how much money they saved from that!
