Local stock out of date
The local store stock wasn't completely up to date and I received the item significantly later than predicted. However the store staff was effective finding an option and changing the delivery circumstances.

Pete, I think now is the time to tell you guys of my experience dealing with LeisureLakesBikes Cheltenham. Quite frankly, I think you have been fantastic.
It started slow when we had the news of price increases and delays but the way you dealt with the issues was outstanding. I was so impressed with the way you came up with different options and now I have a bike that is, one could argue, better than the one off the shelf!
I must give special praise to you and particularly Matt who has been really helpful, quick to respond to my questions and such a nice guy to work with. Jon has been brilliant too and the way he helped me with my shoe queries today deserves a special thank you.
You have a great team and you all have made me feel like a valued customer. You treated me like an individual and not just another number - it's really refreshing to experience service like yours.
