Great experience from this company cant recommend enough. I purchased the wrong bike online, phoned their customer service line and they amended my order within seconds. I then collected the bike next day no hassle at all. The staff in store were very helpful and had great advice.

The click and collect service was really quick and the quality of the bike was great. There was a small paint chip in the bike and I was really impressed at how the guys at Leisure Lakes handled it. I could keep it and get £75 off, or have a new one delivered. It's so refreshing to get honest and speedy service.

I had my heart set on a Cube Kathmandu which was difficult to find in stock. Luckily, Leisure Lakes Bikes had one in stock at Daventry and transferred it to Cheltenham which was nearer to me. I found the staff at Cheltenham very helpful and knowledgeable. I discovered on my return home that there was a couple of issues with the bike and contacted the company. I dealt with Pete the store manager at Cheltenham and he was very apologetic and offered a very generous good-will voucher which I accepted. In all a good company to do business with and excellent customer service if things go wrong.

Ordered a fox helmet online but it was too big for my son, went to Leisure Lakes bike Cheltenham and was changed to the correct size straight away. Staffs are so helpful and polite. Highly recommended 5 star.

Ordered a bike online. It arrived on time and in good condition. Tracking information made available. I appreciated the tubeless conversion. Saved me a potentially messy job and got 2 inner tubes in the box.
