Have used this Rogerstone store on many occasions without fail. Excellent customer service, good product knowledge, and a honest opinion on bikes and equipment. I have been a home mechanic for many years, but at times failed on some mechanical fails, but the team in the shop sorted my issues with ease, and care with my bikes. A shop I would recommend based on their ability overall, and a close team who takes pride in their work, and gives the utmost in piece of mind also.

Have previously bought a bike from LLB and just got a new one from them as well. Both occasions they have been fantastic, with the bikes coming earlier than expected and delivered fully put together. Would highly recommend.

Amazing bike purchase, will be using again!
Amazing service from the Newport LLB team! Bought the bike and expected to have it on Tuesday the following week but got a call on the Saturday to have it hand delivered instead to get out riding all weekend! Bike arrived with perfect setup, dialled in ready for riding as soon as I got it!
