Specialized bike - issue resolution
Unfortunately the bike had some paint damage when received by Dave Hall at Leisure Lakes Southport. He sent me photos of the damage. Dave was very reasonable and gave me several options. I decided to wait for a new bike to be delivered. Ben Tyrrell at LL kept me in the picture while I was waiting and the replacement bike arrived quickly. I'm really pleased with it and their service response.

Fast service
I ordered a full face helmet that turned out to be too small. It was exchanged and then resent within 48hrs. Love the helmet and can not fault my experience with them.

Very pleasant experience
Very pleasant experience when shopping for a new bike. Knowledgeable staff, all questions answered. Martin did my new bike handover, fitted my bar risers and saddle and was generally very attentive. Can't fault anything. Would not hesitate to shop there again.

I ordered a voucher and paid for postage.
So I thought okay, maybe it is a nice official voucher. But it was a print off voucher. I have no idea why they couldn’t do an e-voucher that could have been emailed to me and saved me a) postage, b) arrived quicker.
