If l could give a zero I would. Terrible service and I am still waiting for my refund. Damn this place.. My gosh. Don't ever buy from there please.. Don't ever

If I could give 0 stars I would. We've had a battle with Leroy Merlin San Pedro del Pinatar for almost a year. I would never recommend them to anyone for fitting anything. The kitchen fitter they sent to us damaged a brand new fridge, left marks all over the kitchen tops and even wrote his name on the new door frames he fitted. The dishwasher wasn't fitted properly, the tap was fitted backwards and kitchen cupboards have been falling off. The amount we paid for this type of shoddy work is extremely distressing as we are constantly palmed off when we try to make complaints. Next month will be a full year of complaints and we've still not received any compensation for the fridge and monthly, another thing goes wrong with the fitting of the kitchen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I will put it in a nutshell. DO NOT deal with the insanity of their website. NO phone number, NO way to Call Them, NO WAY ANYTHING or EVERYTHING trying to order. Finally jumped through ALL of their hoops to finalize a purchase of moving boxes to be delivered to my home in Sicily, they confirmed purchase, took the money at 9:14 am in the morning and I think great, got it finally done after 3 days of trying and then at 1:39 pm same day I get email saying that the order was canceled by me and they will refund the money on my MasterCard! Remember I said no phone number? Their email doesn’t give you the chance to REPLY either by email or a customer service number!!! Mama Mia nothing, nothing, nothing works!!!!

Awful awful awful after sales service. Staff very friendly but my god what a shower of crap if you need to chase something that hasn’t been delivered, the level of care and assistance is literally none existent. I have a big project on and missing bath tubs, tiles, mirrors etc that several weeks later they still have zero idea where they are! No calls back / emails / help / nada…just terrible. Shame as they have a great range of items in store just avoid online like the bloody plague

My mum has ordered kitchen furniture made to order in Warsaw Arkadia. There was a mix up of project versions with top cupboards being produced to old not ammended version,instead of in accordance with design modification accepted. Monter left installation and stuff at home with noone being interested to look into this and make sure that all was completed,delivered and installed. Complaint after paying a full sum for the furniture of over €3000 was rejected and nothing else would have been done if I had not gone physically into the shop and demanded approval of complaint and completion of instalation according to project and design accepted and threatened to write about their services and taking money for nothing- no service provided whatsoever, to Board of Management to France. After that, having waited another 8 days, monter, also demanding only money and doing bad work, demanding extra money for shoddy goods he provided and bad and shoddy instalation, reluctantly did hung the cupboards, but with no hood extraction pipe, and left taking extra money for as he said extra work he botched up. Who are their subcontractors? They all act like criminals taking your money and, ideally, delivering nothing. Unless you buy there a ready item which you can pay at the till for and take instantly with you having checked it, under no condition please order any kitchen design from Leroy Merlin! At least not from Warsaw Arkadia. We still have to pay extra money to get other people to fix their shoddy work. Crap service.

I have just spent over an hour trying very hard to buy some leather gardening gloves on-line at leroymerlin.fr. After providing my name, contact details etc to set up the obligatory account, I was warmly welcomed but then not able to actually to pay for them due to being required to edit information (address/phone) that was already correct! Absurd!! No wonder Amazon are so successful... and a great shame they don't stock the particular brand I'm looking for.

Leroy Merlin Little Falls. Terrible service regarding orders. Misrepresentations by floor sales people on what stock they have. I purchased door handles for barn doors I was informed they have it in stock but when they were to be collected on the agreed date there was no stock and I had to battle for a refund. I now placed an order of 40 boxes of tiles I was informed the store has them in stock.Now I am send from pillar to post about the delivery 3 days after the agreed delivery date. No courtesy call for failure to deliver. You have to phone and be put on hold for a long extended period of time. You are told that your order cannot be traced even after giving
them an order number. You are informed you will be called back and that call never comes. When you finally call only to be informed that the store is national and they are securing the order you need from other stores when the initial statement you got when placing an order was that they have it in stock. The store does not deserve any star at all. It is a disgrace to mislead clients like that. A house project that is supposed to be a pleasure is turned into a nightmare.

Ordered a shower door and screen with Click and Collect at the Brive store. We were given the correct door but the screen was too big and the wrong colour. Phoned Customer Services. Spoke to a woman in Paris who couldn’t help. She gave us another number. Called that one and we’re told the mistake would be reported and someone will telephone us sometime about it. This is not the service we expect from a big company, but I see it is a frequent occurrence with alert Merlin. Not at all impressed.

Delivery delay for more than a month, online it says next year. Spent hours to find out! Never again and don't believe anything!

I was going to write a very bad review of this company but I see I am not alone ! I bought a plastic garden chest through the Leroy Merlin marketplace. It was supplied by Habitat et Jardin. After 4 days the product started to badly deform and I went back to LM and Habitat et Jardin to ask for my money back. I was told that because I had not reported the fault within 3 days they would not refund me. Leroy Merlin refused to do anything as well. Needless to say, this is not metioned in either company's terms of business. I guess they work on the basis that no one is going to sue them for a €90 piece of junk.

Horrible experience.
Nobody working in the magazine can help you if you are looking for something.
After all the product i bought was of horrible quality.
I will never go to that store again!

I'm trying to buy a product on their site. I already paid for it, my bank confirmed payment, and two days later I still don't have any update when they will release the product.

The only reason why I gave them ANY points is because I do find their products and range very good.
The customer service is TERRIBLE!
I ordered a pool, appointment for 15 June ( we came back from Holliday early for it)
Then moved to 25 of June, then the engineer called and said nothing was communicated by the store so they would come in August!!
Needless to say I got a refund for the installation.
The problem these companies have is that on countries like Spain you MUST teach them what customer service is!
Send Germans , Swiss etc to run your stores in these countries or lose money and customers… whatever you prefer.

Awful. Ordered a summerhouse online in France. 2500 euros. Important piece missing so reported it the day after delivery. Promised the after sales team would deal with it. It’s now a month later and they are ignoring my emails. I am goingto have to pay to get a piece made and it’s not an easy shape.
Do not trust these people.
