Go here for really good vegan sushi

This is our go-to place for plant-based sushi. Letz have really upped their game for people who love sushi but eat plant-based. They not only have developed great and varied vegan options, but even have a really nice vegan menu. And it’s reasonably priced. If you *don’t* order the vegan menu (we’d recommend you do), they also make it very easy to find the plant-based dishes à la carte. They clearly care, and are not just making some dishes for the rare vegans that are part of fish-eating parties. And, by the way, the service in Lyngby and Rungsted Kyst has always been good :-)

Letz Sushi Risskov

We ordered at Letz Sushi in Aarhus, Risskov. They have an offer for first time Orders, you get 15% off (we ordered online, I don't know if it otherwise applies). That worked well.
We ordered, the pickup time was not an issue at all.
When we got home again we realized that there was no chopsticks nor soy sauce in the bag.
So to be sure I would not have to drive there for nothing we called.
They apologized and said that we are welcome to pick the missing things up. Picking up everything went well, they were friendly and apologetic and offered some extra edamame peas.

Home again we could finally eat. For my personal taste there could have been more wasabi and a bit more soy. But I eat a lot of soy with my sushi so all is relative.
The "All Green" inside out were really good, and I believe the ones eating the "Ebi Tempura" inside out was happy as well. The rest had sushi with Tuna. Tasty Tuna Spicy, Bullet tuna and Nigiri tuna and Laks.
The fish did not look very fresh but I thought maybe it stood out of the cooling a little too long, even though it really did more seem like it was frozen and then picked up or something. It had a little discoloration that probably should have gotten us to bring it back and complain. But we were hungry. The taste was not as good as one might expect when reading what is in it and with one roll It was so suspicious due to a weird smell and by taste that we (for the very first time since I started eating sushi) decided to throw the rest out.
I am not sure wether any of us will carry any health issues from this food experience but I will for sure not order there again.

We were a group of 20 women for dinner this evening.
It was an incredibly bad experience for many of us. Ruined a lot of the mood for my friend's birthday 👎
To start with, one of my friends experienced that the sparkling water (in a jug) was completely flat. We guessed that it might have been standing for a while. But the waiter Christina insisted that it had just been put on the table and there was nothing wrong with it.
I ordered a veggie bowl. But a "base" of rice meant a bowl of boring sushi rice with a little green topping. Nothing filling! I left the place extremely hungry, since only eating rice doesn't work for me. Waitress Christina said that's how it should be and it was measured and I got what I paid for.
My sidekick ordered a hot chicken bowl. In addition to it, turning out to be nauseatingly fat, she came across a bone that was quite disgusting to her. See photo.
This woman and her sidekick had both had prawn soup for starters. They found it tasteless and in the picture there were whole prawns but in reality there were some small pieces here and there. Once again, the waitress Christina (aka Miss Teflon) was not listening, but she could smile - for free!
Now many at the table panicked because the bill could not be divided into each individual. It could be split into two payments of 10 people each. Some began to sit with calculators and sweat and be quite stressed while others begges Miss Teflon for individual bills. But she once again lived up to her bonus name.

Finally, I asked Christina Teflon to cancel all the purchases and start over again, one at a time. That she could do (but why not just ask in the beginning if the bill is paid individual?)

To top it all off, the music was stressful and anything but pleasant. It did not live up to the decor, which was nice (a little bad acoustics).

The only good thing was that the woman across from me got a nice doggy bag with the rest of her food (almost DKK 400).

We cannot recommend the place - or the restaurant chain (because the waiter kept repeating in different words that it was procedure and this was how it worked in all stores when the criticism should bounce off her).

This is not the place if you want a pleasant evening with good service.

I'm shocked

I'm shocked.

My girlfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary, we both craved sushi and usually ate at an "all-you-can-eat" sushi restaurant, but we thought that we would give "letz sushi" a go, since we have walked past one of their many restaurants before.

Upon arriving we made eye contact to one of the waiters. We stood at the entrance waiting to be seated, however, we never was. We decided to go and sit at an available table and awaited our menus. We never got them and I decided to go and take one myself. We waited for quite a while and no waiter came to take our order. We exited the restaurant and are so disappointed.

Not impressed.

Firstly, they gave way too little ginger and soya sauce for such a large amount of sushi. But more importantly, the sushi we got was extraordinarily ordinary. That heavenly taste one should experience when setting a piece of sushi in ones mouth was simply not there.

I never write reviews but this was so nice that I decided to do it (in my work time)

I never write reviews. Waste of time since most just come to complain. But the crew here at Roskilde was so nice and sweet.
Yes they just opened so there are some hiccups, but they just opened, it's expected. I would go again and I live in Copenhagen where there are 10 other Letz sushis, but this one is extra hygge and nice. Loved the toilet, I could live in there.

Very bad experience with the staff in…

Very bad experience with the staff in Store Kongensgade (Riza). We ordered 1 too good to go and 1 normal order (on a roll menu). My boyfriend went to the shop and picked up the order but the staff only gave him the too good to go. When my bf came home, the staff called and asked if when will we pick up our order. They only gave us the too good to go and did not gave the normal order. And at 21:30 my bf needs to go back and pick up again the order. It is super bad service. I don't understand how they cannot figure out the normal order which the order number was provided and a too good to go reference number. It is totally different order and impossible to missed out.

Great sushi - bad drinks

Ate in the Letz Sushi in Fisketorvet.
We were eating early - 18:00 so no big rush and the place was not full.
The sushi was very good. Fresh and well prepared.
The drinks however are a different story.
We ordered 4 cocktails in total - and all of them had WAY TOO MANY ICE CUBES!!! There was literally almost no drink and all ice. It was towering out of the glass.
After the first two we complained and told the staff that there was way too much ice - and one could almost not taste the cocktail.
The second round came with the same amount of ice - and we were told that is "just how they make them." :-(
Definitely trying to save on the alcohol there...

HORRIBLE SERVICE - TOOK MONEY BUT NO SUSHI DELIVERED !!!!

Made an order for 20.50 to be delivered, NO SUSHI arrived, NO confirmation by e-mail, NO one to call to make a complaint - because they closed at 21.00 - BUT funny enough LETZ SUSHI already took the money from my account !!!!!
