Diem and her team have turned a horrible experience with a large bank into an amazing one! I had lost hope after being given incorrect information by another provider. I referred to D and she reviewed everything and assisted with next steps in record time and was also there to ease the anxiety the situation caused. I cannot recommend them more if I tried!
