Hayley is with a high professionalism in her job, she’s reliable, honest and trustworthy Broker, you can never go wrong approaching her as for her many years of experience she knows the best for you, response immediately all the time and attend all needs and inquiries, she’s also really good how to make her client laugh when in times of pressure, highly recommend Hayley and Liberty.

I have known Hayley for a while since the time I am still unsure of how I will manage to buy a property. She provided me options but didn't work out due to my personal circumstances. Almost a year later, I asked her again if she can help me go through another option. I have almost given up but she was there assisting me all the way. I think her expertise in handling difficult circumstances and her very cool and easy going personality made this journey for me easier despite minor hiccups when we have secured the property already. I would give Hayley 6 out 5 stars if I can.

We are often let down by the stories of sub-standard customer service but we get on with our business with a ‘well that’s the way it is now’ sadly.
So with trepidation, we, like many, ventured into the unknow world of a house purchase, brokers, home loans and things that we didn’t even know that we had to know! Pretty scary stuff.

On first contact with Hayley it was almost an immediate ‘exhale’. She had the unique ability to put us at ease. Her capacity for patient, proficient explanations of things that I am pretty sure that she had already explained on numerous occasions was limitless. Hayley competently walked us through the process, baby step by baby step. She was always accessible and responded to multiple questions knowledgably and in language we could actually recognise.
