My unsolicited personal review of Hayley Decru (I can't speak for Liberty in general, just Hayley personally - if Hayley and Liberty were to ever part ways, I'd follow her) - I don't have much to compare her to but Hayley was absolutely fantastic. Despite this being a very difficult year she did everything she could to assist us with our refinance - she found the best deal she could and made it happen for us. It took time quite a lot of time and dedication from all involved but MOSTLY from her because she's the one doing the "hard yards", I'm not the easiest customer but she's just so professional, focussed and dedicated.
We're now on a GREAT fixed rate for the next 3 years and owe her a massive thankyou and a BIG "socially distanced" hug. I would personally recommend her to others without any hesitation.
