Better packaging is needed as my bottle of mosquito milk was cracked at the bottom so leaked out ...it wasn't the posties fault as you have clearly implied but defective packaging also I couldn't request a replacement as I went out of the country the day it arrived!! However a replacement would be the least I could expect.

The order was delayed due to Easter Bank Holidays but the team were able to fast track the delivery to ensure next day guaranteed by 1 pm. Prompt customer service in the chat. They could be quicker at responding bur overall happy!

Hello Caroline, I'm sorry to see you have left a 1 star review for us. This order was for a pre-order which we had expected from the USA last Friday. However, as that was an estimate (and also a bank holiday), unfortunately we have still not received it. We were contacting all customers today to update them and to let them know we will be in touch as soon as BabyBuddha can confirm a delivery date to us. Currently it is in customs. Regarding not getting an order confirmation - that is automated from our Shopify store, so if you didn't get one then it either went to your spam folder or there was a glitch with Shopify. Unfortunately it is nothing we have control of, and if you'd mentioned this to us we could have got the system to resend it. I understand you are upset that no one got back to you, but as explained by email we are are also not privy to conversations that the chat bot on our site has with customers when it relates to order updates. It only alerts us if questions cannot be automatically answered, so we were not aware you had been asking about your order. We will let you know as soon as the stock from the USA arrives, which I'm sure will get you all your items before your baby comes. Congratulations, by the way.

Reasonable price and delivery time
Reasonable price and delivery time, only disappointment was that the lid of the bottle was dirty on the top. I was glad to have another place to purchase my supplement because it's hard to get, expensive on Amazon and long delivery time from iHerb. Will be repurchasing again from Libra, although it would be nice to have a cleaner bottle.

Dishonest - unfortunately.
I had found a price on a perfume product that was very good so purchased - unfortunately the retailer came to me saying the item was ‘damaged’ so had to cancel my order. Next day the price had been increased on the item. Clearly had been incorrectly priced but that’s not the shoppers fault and the retailer should have honoured the price. Worst thing was the lie about being damaged - dishonesty in a retailer will stop people shopping with you. If you see a good price on this site then be wary, they may not honour it.
EDIT - response validates my review, they are blaming suppliers but at the end of the day the shopfront is the seller - not up to the shopper to deal with whether or not that retailers suppliers are doing the right thing. It’s a shame as this retailer could have resolved with communication.

This review makes me sad. We were not dishonest - the item this customer bought from us was a dropship item, meaning we don't hold the stock for it. Our supplier cancelled the order saying the stock was damaged, which is the information we relayed to this customer. It was only after the fact that we noticed our supplier had made a mistake with the pricing and we confronted them about it. They have stuck to their guns though saying the stock was damaged. Even after producing evidence of our communications with our supplier this customer has still refused to amend their review because we didn't offer them a discount on another item. Unfortunately we are a small business with small margins (as we believe in fair pricing), so are not in a position to discount any of the other items we have on our site.
