Genuine product / very good customer service / best price available

I had ordered a car seat, I got a friendly email to apologise that they would be later to deliver than 1st stated on the order sheet. Due to the lovely manner in which the email was wrote I am more than happy to wait and hoping all goes well I would recommend and order from them again.

This was not the first order and as previous all was as expected and beyond, quality products some of which only available through libra health. I cannot recommend this business enough and plus a great customer service.

Absolutely wonderful service and product from Libra Health, from contacting them initially via the chat function with my queries, through the ordering process to receiving my package all was faultless. I bought the VTec Genio laptop and it was a great price, well wrapped and delivered quickly. Top marks from me, I’ll be back again! Thanks❤️

I advised them that the postage was expensive and they found a cheaper alternative which I was very pleased about and then posted it straight away so was very happy with the service!

Very positive experience. I ordered a couple of items and then realised I wanted to buy another thing so did a separate order. I didn't get a confirmation email for either of them so I emailed them to ask if it had been received and processed. I had a very quick response back which was very polite and friendly. And not only that, they went the extra mile and refunded me one of the delivery charges as they could send it all in one package. This company has been my saviour for my pumping journey as it's been near on impossible to find the products in the UK. Thank you!

Great product, delivery and customer service

I asked for two specific teddies (there was a choice of 5 various ones), I didn’t think Libra would take any notice but they did and supplied exactly what I asked for and delivery turned up very quickly! Will definitely use again!!!
