Very professional all round. Quality of service outstanding with clear agenda with treatment plans to suit each person individually, clear time frames. Money well spent in improving overall health. The availability of having a massage therapist in the same location has been a great addition alongside the chiropractor treatment, very relaxing, made me feel at ease with calm environment. Explain everything in detail and adapted each week to Taylor how I am feeling. Highly recommend doing both at the same time. Lovely people.

Life Balance has really made a difference, not just to my physical health but also my mental health. I have been a chronic pain sufferer for most of my life and I finally feel I am finding a permanent solution. The staff are amazing - so friendly and kind. Harrison, my chiropractor, is, frankly, genius. He has been completely honest with me throughout the process and very supportive too. I trust him completely as a result making the sessions, which can be very intense, much easier to get through. I would definitely recommend them.

Harrison is amazing, so calming and in such a short time there was no pain at all in my back and neck, I feel amazing.

Start of a new year and a promise to myself to get better physically and mentally, 2024 was going to be my change year. Christmas has past and everything is settling back down, life and work wise anyways, physically I'm wasn't doing great, back pain and knee pain are causing problems, recently in the past 9 months been told that I now have carpal tunnel in both wrists, my left being the worse, and a operation would be needed, so when an advert popped up on my social media page from Life Balance offering a free spinal and posture check I had nothing to lose, I book my place.

Let me give you a little more of a back story, for a very long time I have been having issues with knees and back problems and as a child growing up in the 80's 90's I was told it was just growing pains it'll pass, fast forward 20+ years, pain still persistent, over these many years and countless times back and forth to the doctor still the problems didn't really ease. Jump to 2023 the year I found out I had carpal tunnel, I wasn't able to lift the kettle or make a cup of tea doing simple tasks was a major effort, doing the mundane day to day for most was causing problems for me and it wasn't just me it was now effecting.

2024 my change year. Going into 2024 I was positive I was going to make changes for the better, small ones to start but I know that they would end up making large long term life changing actions. So when I saw the free check up I thought I had to go, what's to lose? I had my appointment, I had an x-ray taken on same day and then a follow up appointment a few days later, I couldn't believe it, things were flowing. During the following up appointment Harrison (my 1-1 Dr) went over everything, he explained all my other issues and what the plan of action would be, during this appointment the x-ray identify a new developing issues in my neck, it is called military neck ( this is when your neck stops having its curve ) thankfully it was in the early stages, this is the stiff neck in the morning bit, the part you wouldn't go to the GP to get help with.

Transport to today, 9+ weeks after I started with the Life Balance family ( yes family I'll explain later ). I have more movement in my back without constant pain, my knees are on the mend I still have a way to go but it's now in the right direction, has movement is getting better ( hiking here we come ), my wrists were a major factor in my journey to recovery, I'm able to make a cup of tea so lifting a kettle isn't an issue now which is amazing, doing other mundane things like the day to day tasks have become a thing of the past, I'm not saying it being easy I've had set backs, but thanks to Life Balance being there ( reference the family ) helping me, I still have a way to go but I know my journey is on correct path with them.

To summarise this, if I hadn't of started this journey by joining and having the help from all the friendly people at Life Balance Chiropractic Centre I would not be in the same place I am now, I have better physical movement which also is getting me better physical health has I'm able to do more things with my actual family. If there is one thing to take away from this is believe in you, look after yourself, you only have one life, live it to the fullest.

The whole experience was like going to a séance - "Is there anyone in the room with some pain? ... is it here? No? What about here? ..."

Very nice people with no hard sell, but you kind of get sucked in and, before you know it, you're agreeing to a ££££ four figure course of treatment with the caveat "plus ongoing maintenance" ... and for me - that wasn't even the start of the problems.

After my discounted 'thorough exam including x-rays' I was called early the following morning to tell me I needed to go to A&E as soon as possible!!!

According to these people, my spine x-ray indicated that my abdominal aorta (usually 2cm diameter) was over 9cm diameter!!! Get a tape measure and see what that looks like - it would make my aorta, usually about the size of a garden hose-pipe, about the size of my forearm!!!

A trip to A&E with a letter from Life Balance confirming their findings and within minutes I was under the scrutiny of a senior consultant, junior doctor, nurse and several very interested others ... "How can someone with such an extreme heart related defect possibly walk in to A&E and look so well?"

20 minutes later, after an extremely thorough ultrasound exam, I was sent home - absolutely nothing wrong!!

I cannot start to explain the incredible stress and upset this caused me, my family and work colleagues who I had to inform I was on my way to A&E with a potential life-ending condition.

On my follow-up appointment there was a lot of 'so pleased it turned our fine' bit no actual apology for such an unprofessional, incompetent mis-diagnosis.

Be aware - they do not deal with direct health care provided by many companies as part of a health-care package.

Nothing about my experience allows me to provide any sort of positive recommendation - I feel lucky I only chucked £49 down the toilet.

I am more than happy to provide letters and x-rays confirming my account.

If I could give zero stars I would.

I have been attending the practice for 2 years and will continue to do so.
The practioners(Josh and Harrison) are worth every penny because not only are they helpful but knowledgeable, kind, patient and polite. This also goes for the front desk staff too. They will do everything they can to accommodate your wishes.
I have also started message sessions with Meghan who, again, works very closely with the chiropractors to continue my treatment.
I would definitely recommend Life Balance Chiropractic to anyone who is suffering from both acute and chronic pain, especially when combined with a 30minute message to compliment the treatment plan.

I’ve been to a number of different clinics in the past and have never been able to resolve my back issues. None have been as thorough as Life Balance, starting with a full assessment including at X-ray to diagnose the issues. Followed by a full explanation of the treatment plan & process, and importantly an expected time frame. I’m still in this process but have seen some really good improvements from when I started. The communication from the whole team has been excellent. The reception and admin team are a 10/10, always a happy smile and they even got me a present & a card for my birthday! Highly recommended. It’s the only place to go!

I have met people here who really care about improving my physical and mental performance. therefore, a very good level of support and listening. You are followed and monitored, doubts and questions are received and answered. Recommended for those who, like me, wish to resolve more or less painful back problems.

I have been having chronic debilitating back pain for many years. Also neck pain. I was not getting any support from the doctors. So I thought my only option was to see a,chiropractor. I went to Life Balance Chiropractic. I have been seeing Dr Harrison. I have 7 subluxations in my spine. Which is due to a fall I had a few years ago. I would not of known this. So I'm glad went to them. I was put on a 6 week care plan. I have been having many adjustments to my back.I have notice some difference with the pain. But still seem to get a lot of burning and dull pain like my nerves are irritated. Which Harrison has explained this to me My main problem has been my Thoracic spine area. Which has been so bad. And it has effected my digestive system. This I hope will eventually go. It has effected my mental health having these issues with my back. Harrison has been brilliant. He is so kind and caring. He explains to you what he can do to help you. And goes through the progess with you. Also Dr Joshua is brilliant to. He has also done a couple of adjustments to my back. I highly recommend Life Balance. And Harrison is amazing.

My back pain was beginning to stop me going out and about and Interrupting my sleep. After trying to deal with it for over 18 months, I decided to try a local chiropractic clinic. I found Life Balance at the start of the year and haven't looked back. I can now sleep without discomfort and I've started walking again. I can't say thank you enough to all the staff.

I went to Life Balance Chiropractic Centre as I was desperate, I was in absolute agony with a trapped nerve. Having been to the ETC in the hospital they suggested physio or a chiropractor. I left the hospital with nothing but some pain killers. I had no idea what a chiropractor was/did or anything. I called this place and they got me an appointment the same day, to which I had an X-ray, diagnosis and sorted out a treatment plan. After a few days of treatment I was able to go back to work. I find the staff very welcoming, friendly and professional. Harrison has been an absolute legend is helping/helped me get out of one of the worst experiences of my life! Thank you!

I've had a few different chiropractic treatments in the past, but Life Balance has by far been the best. It can be costly, but it's all worth it in the end, and I often notice the difference after each session.
It's not often I give 5 stars, there's always something... but I cannot fault this place at all. The practitioners are great and easy to talk to about your problems, the receptionists are all lovely and very helpful if you're running late or have any issues with your appointment and the place overall just has a nice, calming atmosphere to it. Highly recommended.
