I've been receiving treatment at Life Balance for 2 and a half years and the treatment I've received has been marvellous . There is so much I can do now which i couldn't before and I'm most grateful to Josh and his crew for all the help and encouragement that have given me.

We came to Life Balance with my son Max who was around 4 months at that time. Max suffered with colic and did not sleep well. Josh helped us a lot! During an introductory review session it was explained to us how long the treatment would last and we set out a few goals. Today, Max is going to be 6 months in a couple of weeks and I am happy to report that he is pretty much colic free and sleeps reasonably well (he can wake up a couple of times between 7pm-7am to eat but he used to wake up every 40 minutes in the past). We felt very supported during our treatment and admin stuff at the clinic is the best :) Highly recommend

I started to have therapy last January 2022 until present due to spine injury, I was lucky to get a good promotion when I saw it on Facebook and have an X-ray for free of charged. Dr. Josh explained very well step by step the treatment and how long it’s gonna take. All I can share to you as a patient that I have been suffering back pain for awhile last December I got to the point I can no longer sleep most of the night both legs just numb all the time, had 4 medications and most nights still doesn’t help at all still can’t sleep. I have decided to do something on not rely on GP medications. When I started my therapy just only 2 sessions my left leg was completely pain free. It was a relief to have that side of pain completely gone or pain free and only 1 medication just paracetamol but not often taking them, now i’m still on therapy but I can assure you it’s worth it especially when it comes to our mobility or our well being. I would highly recommend Life Balance Chiropractic. I have been going to LBC for almost two years and have always found them to be very welcoming and professional. At the onset I had ongoing issues with lower back pain and severe leg pain. After an initial consultation with Josh and treatment plan explained I started my treatment and have never looked back . I am now pain free and able to do all the things that I was prevented from doing before. Thank you Josh and all the team.

I haven't been going to Life Balance long and have a few weeks left on my treatment. However, can definitely feel the difference already. I am standing straighter and I don't struggle to get out of bed in the morning now.

Undoubtedly the best chiropractic centre I have ever visited!

Despite being sceptical about Chiropractic treatment having tried it before, my treatment here has been very beneficial. Despite being in my 70s LBCC has improved all my back and spinal problems and my posture is better than it has ever been since I was an asthmatic child which lead to very stooped and rounded back.

My work involves a lot of walking, so it’s not an exaggeration to say having a trapped nerve that caused pain with every step was putting my livelihood at risk. Desperate for a solution, I turned to a treatment I had doubts about.
And boy, do I feel silly now for ever being a doubter. Within weeks I was well on the road to recovery, in significantly less pain, no longer fearing the next step, and all while continuing to work at a high intensity.
This is a professional outfit, from the Chiropractors to the support staff, everyone is unfailingly friendly and welcoming. They even accommodated me with humour and good grace when I turned up for a session on the wrong day!

I'm about halfway through my treatment and can already feel the benefits after years of suffering with my neck pain. All the chiropractors are very skilled and knowledgeable in what they do and everyone including front desk are so welcoming and make my visits very personable. Biggest bonus though is it has made me calmer and more relaxed. To sum up if you have any back or neck issues get yourself down to the centre and you won't regret it.

I can highly recommend Life Balance Chiropractic centre. This was my first experience at a chiropractors. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and my initial consultation was very professional. Went with a bad neck and back, and it’s been a great experience, if your not sure please just give them a chance and you WILL see the difference, also a big shout out to the reception staff as they are all so friendly and nothing is a problem!!!!
