I would highly recommend Life Balance Chiropractic Centre to anyone! I've been suffering with neck pain, low mood and headaches almost 2 years. After being ignored by my GP on multiple occasions, I decided to look for help elsewhere, and I'm so glad I did! The whole team is so lovely and welcoming from the very first visit. Dr Nick is amazing, after initial scans and assessment he came up with a clear treatment plan, I've only had 10 treatments so far but can already feel gradual improvement. For the first time in a long time I feel like I'm finally being listen to, cared for, and getting the help I need.

I cannot sing the praises of Life Balance enough. After several years of constant back discomfort and movement limitations I decided to seek treatment, it wasn't an easy decision as I had huge anxiety that it would make my condition worse but I am so pleased I did. Both Dr Josh and Dr Nick have been patient, explained every step and answered all my questions. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and encouraging. You really get to feel part of the practice rather than just a name on the list. I have only had 5 weeks of treatment but the change is quite remarkable already, I am sleeping better, moving better and my anxiety is slowly decreasing. I know I still have a long way to go but feel positive and confident that I am in good hands.

After suffering from a prolapsed disc several years ago, I’ve tried many options to rectify my persistent lower back pain. I’ve tried strong pain killers to even considering having an operation, both of which I don’t like, however after discovering Life balance Chiropractor and the dedicated treatment and advice from Dr Josh & Dr Nick I’ve gained more movement and seen a big difference in my general health and wellbeing.

Both my wife and myself have attended for several months at Life Balance. We both had sciatica, for which we had spinal adjustments and relief from the pain and poor sleep. The continued care has helped with my mobility and posture. The staff are very helpful, friendly and the appointments arranged at times which were suitable. We would recommend Life Balance.

These guys really look after you, I went in there with several issues and I knew that there would be no quick fix, things are getting easier, but I am in for the duration

I've been using Life Balance for a while now. Great things are happening with my mental, physical and emotional health since starting my treatment here.
I'm sleeping better, I'm no longer on pain medication, I feel a lot less anxious and my hayfever so far this year has been minimal compared to previous years since my treatment began.

After appointments you are free to sit and have water and rest a little in the reception area.

Suffering from long-standing back pain due to misaligned. The team is very helpful and skilled, friendly receptionists and the practice has a welcoming and calm atmosphere. So far after some treatment sessions I can already see an improvement. Highly recommended!!!

When I started treatment I had arthritis in the knees feet and ankles and was in a lot of pain, and could hardly walk and use a stick. As a result of the treatment I am nearly pain free now and can walk without a stick easily. The healing is still continuing. In addition I had TMJ which is also linked to psoriatic arthritis. Thanks to regular adjustments that is now a thing of the past. This service is highly recommended.
