Ordered a headboard in Feb. Still haven't received anything. Empty promises from customer service. Every week another excuse or delay. I'll never buy here again and everyone should know, rating are way too high. This place is possibly a SCAM - yet to be proofed otherwise.
On 2026-04-28 i ordered the following product online from lifestyle-home.co.za ORDER NO 56815 : Monaco Storage Cart paid R3999 with my credit card- Black SKU: 35485 Variation ID: 14107. Within 2 hours of ordering the product i sent an email requesting to cancel the order as it was not the correct size, i made a
mistake. I emailed and called their no 0120651940. I communicated with Lelo Rathebe and Desney to try and resolve this matter and get refunded back to my credit card. I have sent numerous emails and called so many times over the past 10 weeks and have had no success.
I have waited 10 weeksto be refunded with no success. I believe this is a delay tactic on their behalf and they have no intention of refunding me. NO REFUND NO PRODUCT.
