This company does business under MANY…

This company does business under MANY different names. DO NOT USE THEM! It took five long months to get my order from them, and when I did, only one of the two items was shipped. The one I did receive would only fit a child. I didn’t even bother returning it. The phone number I called for customer service on the missing item, went to voicemail with no way to leave a message. I went online and scoured for a business owner and sent an email demanding to receive my money back. I initiated a case with PayPal (thankfully I used them). The company very shortly sent me an email asking me to close my case, as they “couldn’t speak to me until the case was closed”. This was a lie. I refused and told them I would escalate it to a formal complaint. After emailing back and forth for a few days, with them insisting that I needed to close my case, I informed them that they had twelve hours to refund my money or the complaint would be filed. I received an email from PayPal within minutes telling me my money had been returned. NEVER CLOSE A PAYPAL CASE UNTIL YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK! IT CANNOT BE REOPENED AND THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY. PAYPAL DOES NOT LET THEM DO BUSINESS ON THEIR SITE IF THEY GET COMPLAINTS, SO IT BEHOOVES THEM TO CONVINCE YOU TO CLOSE IT. Okay, no more yelling. (I think I was re-traumatized just reading these other complaints.) Anyway, no - just no.

I will never order from Lilicloth ever…

I will never order from Lilicloth ever again as I encountered more than one issue, that they were incapable of resolving. I ordered 200$ worth of merchandise all were not true to size and of poor quality. Multiple shirts were transparent and had incomplete seams. Communicating with Lilicloth for a full refund, as I was displeased, was a dead end that only ended in their favor. It was mailed from Toronto Canada, but they told me I had to send it back to China, where this would cost me almost 200$ dollars for shipping and duties. The worst customer service I've ever experienced and I am now stuck with the clothes. I suggest you never give this company your time or money.

Pay Pal is facilitating mail fraud... stay away here

So I placed an order for a Halloween sweatshirt, promised it would be processed and shipped in three days. Then the emails started. My last correspondence has the product coming in 25 days. They make quality BS here. I want to cancel my order and get a refund before any product is even processed. The only problem is they received my money prior to and product being shipped. In America that's called mail fraud. But in China it's a comon practice. Pay Pal is facilitating criminals. Stay clear of this site.

Consumers Beware!!!!

This online clothing store needs to be investigated and taken down. The clothing appears to be fashionable and reasonably priced but you will not get what you see. I ordered a pair of ankle boots, 3 tops, and 2 pairs of earrings. The description of the tops that I chose indicated that they were made of 100% cotton, the boots were described as soft leather, and the earrings were described as "vintage". I placed my order totaling $88 on August 4, 2020 and had no idea that it would take nearly 2 months to receive my items. In addition, I had no idea that I was ordering from a company based out of China and they do not disclose this information anywhere in the process of placing an order. I found this out when I noticed that there was a foreign processing fee added to the total order when I received my bank statement. Had I known, the clothes are manufactured in China, it would have been a deal killer for me, and I generally wouldn't take time to put my 2 cents in, but felt obligated to warn other unknowing online shoppers about my experience and hope you won't business with this company. The items I received are not at all what was pictured on the website. I have no idea what kind of material the tops are made of but I can guarantee that they are NOT made of 100% cotton but a cheap polyester material even though the poorly sewed in tags say otherwise. Also, the tags state that the tops must be washed separately or dry cleaned. Who dry cleans a hoodie or sweatshirt? There is a strong smell of urine on the packaging. I have placed the package outside with "RETURN TO SENDER" for my postman and do not intend their customer service department. I will dispute the charge with my bank and have taken photos for documentation. It is unlikely that Lilicloth has anyone that knows how to deal with the way I am returning the items and unlikely that they will be suing me in the US of America. Highly disappointed that I didn't do my research before I placed an order with a 3rd world country that uses child labor to make clothing that they are selling in our country.

After receiving an order I placed

After receiving an order I placed, I went back and looked CLOSELY at the photos of a ton of different items on this website. I am convinced they have one model ( who is an Asian man ); one blonde wig; and different colors of fake fingernails they place on him. Have you noticed the photos cut off the model at just below the chin? Zoom in and be surprised, be very grossly surprised. Check out the male Adam’s apple! Zoom in on the hands and the feet. MALE! The fake nails when enlarged are horrifyingly fake. These are not women’s fingers whatsoever. The shape and tiny legs of the model in every single photo? You guessed it- the very same guy. Notice the hair- does it change in any of the photos? Hmm... EW!! How nasty is that wig? It pays to pay attention. Even if the clothing wasn’t super de duper cheap, the slave labor that has to be being used absolutely doesn’t warrant purchase from this company. Since when can 7 years olds sew, after all? The fact some people have said items arrive damp and smelling like cat urine simply solidifies these items are being produced in horrifying and frightening and obviously illegal conditions, somewhere in China. We can do it if we band together. Stop them ! This company changes its name far too frequently to be legit. Whether they claim they come from CA or FL, it is a lie. People, you must use PayPal and only PayPal ... that is if you insist on trying to order from this ridiculous excuse of an online store. And when it comes to an item you like? Make sure to scroll through ALL photos of it. The first image looks terrific, but when you scroll- you will get to the awful version you will actually receive. They do this, of course, to claim the item you received is in fact listed on the website. I ordered some ankle boots. The first four photos show darling colors in what is obviously leather. Following those images, the “same” boot in the ugly cheap version were each listed, in all four colors! Viola, they can now say they are legitimate. It just takes a few minutes folks, do the homework and USE PAYPAL. In this way, when your disappointment hits at viewing the sub adequate items you waited far too long for, you won’t lose your money or your mind.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. The items I ordered are not what I received. Cheap crap material that does not match what I ordered, smells like mildew. One shirt had a gaping 4 inch hole in the front. 3 shirts have really ugly iron on graphics with no seamed edge on the sleeves or bottom of the shirts. You have to pay return shipping to china. Would cost more to return than I paid for this crap. This company needs to go out of business. Attempting a PayPal claim at this point. And it has taken over a month to receive half my order, the other half has still not arrived and they give you 10 days from arrival to return merchandise which means I would need to return in 2 separate shipments. Dont be scammed like I was. Should have read these reviews first as they are so true!

Shop elsewhere

In my opinion this company is terrible. Two items seem like decent quality although they haven’t been worn yet so I don’t know how they will hold up. One shirt had the graphic design ironed on and it looked horrible. I emailed them for a return and learned I would be responsible for the return shipping costs to China and any fees in customs. It would most likely cost me more money to return it so I’m stuck with it. My wife won’t wear the item because it’s an embarrassment. Look elsewhere. In my opinion, do not buy from this company or any of the brand names they use - I’ve seen the same merchandise advertised under different brands.

BEWARE...I ordered 3 cute shirts

BEWARE...I ordered 3 cute shirts. Don't let the online pictures fool you. What I got was cheap thin stretchy material that was sewn crooked. They arrived in 2 separate mailers with obviously fake return addresses of John Doe, California. I emailed immediately for a refund and they emailed they would send me 15% and then 25%. I said no I want a full refund. I got a return address in China. I'm going today to see how much it's going to cost me to return. Update: It would cost me $ 113 to return to the address in China. So I'm stuck with crappy shirts. Lesson learned.

I suppose this is what you get when…

I suppose this is what you get when slave labor/prisoners make the products. BEFORE YOU BUY, STOP! Do not waste your money. I ordered two sweatshirts. Only one has arrived and of horrible quality, bearing no resemblance to the photo. The picture looks like a sweatshirt with sequined lettering. What arrived a month after the order was placed is the thinnest, cheapest, garbage with poorly done machine screened letters. I’m surprised it was grammatically correct. Under no circumstances would it be considered a sweatshirt. Seven weeks have elapsed and no sign of the other article. Customer service doesn’t answer. Caveat emptor my fellow fashionistas. I got a call from a number with a Florida area code that is supposedly customer service. The man on the line said that I should call Fedex or the US Postal service. Then he said that I needed to get on a computer while on the line with him to send me a refund form. I told him that sounds questionable and he started SCREAMING at me. I’m reporting them to the NY Attorney General. Hopefully they won’t be able to keep scamming consumers in this country.

DAMAGED TOP

I received a top I ordered about a month ago. It arrived today with two big black stains and a hole big enough for my finger to fit through!! I just let them know I refuse to pay the shipping fee to send it back. Let's see what they do. So far, I have been angered by them. I should have learned my lesson last time when they gave me a measly amount of credit because the return would have cost more than the item!
