I purchased a sweater which was not like the picture at all. The colors were off the size to small Buttons with no button wholes.
I tried to return it within the perimeters the company posted and was told I bought it on sale so I could not return it.
Tried to post a review on website but it won't let you add an order # or discription and without them you can't post.
Wish I'd have done rescreach on this company before I gave them any money

Will never order from them again. It took 2 months to get my order AND it is nothing like the picture of the sweatshirts I ordered! They are not even close to the color and fabric is so cheap looks like dollar store! I ordered size M (I am size 8-10 normally) and the sleeves hang down about 10 inches and it is huge, more like an XL! Lesson learned so take heart and don’t order from these guys!!!!

It has been three and a half months since I ordered from this company. They sent out a notice that everything was shipped, but it says it's sitting in California and when I checked with all the places it could be everyone said they did not have it. I contacted the company and asked for a refund, and they told me that they would look into having the shipping department see where my order was. Last week I told him I was so done with it I wanted my money back and they told me that they already took steps to check with the shipping company and that they could not return my money until they heard from the shipping company. Please don't get scammed like I did.

I placed an order a month ago. After two weeeks my order still said pending. I sent an email because they do not have a customer service number! They sent me a tracking number that never went anywhere! Then it one magical day said delivered. When in deed I have NOT received one thing. Some of the order still show pending. I cancelled my order then the company sent a threatening email. I’ve now had to get my bank involved and the state attorney generals office where I live! This company is not to be trusted and is a scam

Awful clothing and basically no returns. They are out of China and you have to pay to return, more than what it cost

Out of the 6 shirts I ordered not ONE fit as each one was a different size. They hide behind their return policy of having to ship to China at your expense which defeats the purpose of their "cheap" prices

Horrible company. Would NOT recommend. I placed an order back in April and have yet to receive it. I have requested a full refund about a half dozen times and NOTHING. This company will take your money but not ship your merchandise. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

please return to china !!! your purchase. its a scam. sweater does not even have a price tag attached to it!

I wish it could give them negative stars...and I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The quality of the actual items is nothing like the photos...at all! And the customer has to pay to return items...to CHINA! And the customer service is even worse. Don't waste your time or money.

I wish I would've read these reviews first. I ordered 3 shirts from here. They came in a timely manner, but the quality is crap. There is only one shirt I am keeping. The other two I'm just going to donate instead of trying to return. I bought size small because I am petite and that's what I normally wear. One shirt was probably small enough for my teenager to wear and the other was polyester and just was ugly. Looked so much nicer on the website. Poor products.

Same here! I wish that I would have thought about reading reviews before purchasing. I ordered a sweater and it came with the buttons stuffed through the yarn and not the buttonholes, tearing up a new sweater.
The sweater is a perfect color of green, but way off on the sizing. These items cost enough to cause the company to provide good service.
Cute items, I wish that the company had more pride in delivering a good product. That is going to hurt them. They are in the perfect place to succeed. Don't cut corners.

It takes for ever to get your items up to 3 months when you receive your clothing you'll find it is very cheap material and in the sizes are not as described at all a size large is about the same as an extra small I have a 32" waist and ordered A5XL floral print overalls and they are too small all of the shirts are super tiny and no give or stretch at all I wanted a refund to return the overalls and it would cost me more to return them then to purchase them see you can hot return any of your items very poor company very poor product.

im so glad I read reviews first, all these off name online clothing stores are most likely scams and garbage crap, will you people go to the darn stores and your local malls before we have no more stores to shop at, you people get what you deserved support your local stores distribute your money in your cities where you will benefit from. If stores close which by record numbers they are thats less jobs and less tax money for your city. Ya online shoppers are the dumbest people, you truly are.

Website looks inviting but this is a fake company. They will take your money as soon as the order is placed and then not ship the merchandise. Save your frustration and DO NOT ORDER from this site.

This is a scam the companys that promise good quality and no problem w returns are from china and this one is the same i ordered some vloths and they were quick to take my money buy when they were supposed to send me order theyy came up with excuses that china was having problems or that my order was on the way but never came and they kept giving excuses unTILl i calledc the BBB PLEASE DO YOUR DILIGENCE WHEN ORDERING FROM COMPANIES THAT HAVE LOW PRICES AND PROMISE EASY RETURNS

What I’d wanted to report was “Lilicloth.” Unfortunately, your “decoy listing” — at a guess, inserted by a certain party — helps shield these crooks from irate members of the public. Wouldn’t a search for Trustpilot complaints about “Lilicloth”omit all those logged as “Lilcloth”? And if so, would you please consider merging them all, given that I found no other trace of a clothing retailer named “Lilcloth”? ... Even “by any other name,” as Romeo of Verona mused, Lilicloth’s phony baloney. For instance, no fiber profiles are listed: just vague characterizations. Consider the product description offered for a currently-listed $3.19 pair of “Red (multicolor) knit socks”: under “Material”, we see only “Knitted”. Even their “Laundry tips” link opens to a generic overview, which ranges from lingerie, lace or dark-shaded items to mentions of silk, wool and leather. ... There’s nary a word on synthetics (e.g., polyester or rayon, which is an engineered fiber based on plant pulp), nor about synthetic-cotton blends. Extensive transit time is okay but the product quality is bad. I will not buy from them again.

They are the absolute worst. D not buy anything from this vendor. Took a MONTH to get my item and the material is terrible. Only spent $50 so not bothering returning. Figures another scam Chinese vendor!
