DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Located in Guangzhou China, this company sells you low quality, trashy items using pretty pictures. When you attempt a return they offer 15% and tell you returns go to China and are subject to postage & fees exceeding the value of the goods. Nowhere on the site does it disclose that business originates in China. Total ripoff and goods purchased are so low quality and poorly made as to be useful only for dust cloths. Fool me once, shame on me. BUYERS BEWARE.

Agree with previous post. Terrible site. Took over a month to receive tee-shirt from China. Material was rough and scratchy, seams poorly stitched. Tried to return and was told I need to ship back to China at my expense. Offered me a 15% cash refund (but no instructions how) so I go to a taylor and "have the cloth altered".

this is the worst store on line there is , they sent me an used piece of clothing with holes, when I asked for my money back they told to take a 15% refund and take their piece of garbage to the tailer to get it fix, not only that i bought two jackets they only sent me one. They refuse to give a refund and they do not want that piece of crap back....I wish i could upload pics so everyone can see. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE they also go by the name of ZOLUCKY .

I ordered based on the appealing pictures on the web site -after a LONG wait items dribbled in, upon receipt of the first I emailed a cancellation of ALL of my orders.
They ignored this and all my email communications to cancel all orders (2) and give me info to return the crap items they sent - they were rags, unfit to wear and nothing like on the website. Then they offer a 15% refund but, I am to pay an exorbitant postage fee to return these rags to China . They are a TOTAL scam and should not be allowed to be in business with the United States. I did not know this junk was coming from China or would NEVER have ordered from them, they do NOT provide this information to the customer - more fraudulent practices! They use different US "shipped from" addresses to further block the customer from having any recourse to return the total, worthless rags!!!!! NEVER ORDER FROM LILICLOTH-IT is a TOTAL SCAM OPERATION!

Sweatshirt was poorly stitched. Unfinished edges, fake pockets. Poor proportions, sleeves way too tight for normal person.

I was so excited to buy the Sweat shirt on the website. What I received was extremely disappointing. It was a cheap sweat shirt with bad letters on it. also the return instructions are inaccurate.

The sweatshirt is nothing like the picture. Its not a faded black it is a thin sweatshirt with rubber letters. So disappointed~ wont order there again!

I ordered a sweatshirt. When I received it, the printing on the front was full of gaps and holes. Terrible work quality. Lilicloth agreed to let me return it, but the cost of the return shipping to China was 4X the cost of the sweatshirt. I am now stuck with a sweatshirt that I would never wear. Heed these warnings and do not order anything from this company!

I placed an order for what looked like a beautiful top. When I received it, it was very poor quality and didn't fit. I tried to return it and they said because I tried it on, I couldn't return it. This was before COVID also. I sent it back and never received my credit. NEVER AGAIN will I deal with this company.

This company receives the clothing from China. After receiving pants that were listed as 37.4" in length being measured from waist to pant leg, I rcvd pants that were only 33" in length. They would not pay for shipping to return the item & I was told it would be too expensive to return it to China. But get this, they offered me a 15% discount. If I had known it was shipped from China I would never have ordered it. I also had to wait a long period of time to rcv. it. It was clearly their mistake in measurement, why should I pay for their mistake? Do not order from this company, they do not honor their returns.

FAKE REVIEWS FOR TRUSTPILOT. ALL DONE WITHIN A FEW HOURS... TODAY!!! PLEASE TURN THEM IN!!! WHAT A BUNCH OF EVIL SOULESS DIRT BAG THEIVES!!!

THEN THEY OBVIOUSLY PAID TO PUT THE NEW REVIEW PAGE AT THE TOP OF THE GOOGLE SEARCH ENGINE. GOOGLE LILCLOTH REVIEWS.

I got scammed by lilicloth, Wish i had read the reviews. never received items and never got a refund... live and learn,, do not buy from lilicloth or you will be writing this review also
UPDATE..Nov 18. Still no refund, paypal dragging this out further, so.. No items for lilicloth and no refund from lilicloth of china...all items come from china. Be prepared to wait for items.

BUYER BEWARE!! When I finally received my clothing (that I ordered 6 weeks prior), I was extremely disappointed. All of the descriptions said made from cotton, BUT they were CHEAPLY made of polyester! They look nothing like they do in the online photos. In addition, the colors of some of the items were not as depicted online. Everything was very cheaply made. I tried to send the items back for a refund, but they apparently are shipped out of CHINA. It cost $70 to ship back! Ridiculous false advertising. The country of origin should be stated online with the advertisment! Please dont waste your money like I did. I ended up giving most of the brand new items to Good Will. :(

There are other sites who I think and believe are exactly the same. FINLOE being one of them. Do not order through them. I ordered and cancelled AFTER I did research...I truly believe they are all 'sweat shops' making really horrible items in the quickest way possible. Also if you notice tops on each website, they are the SAME EXACT blonde girl holding white roses! So weird. I finally got my money refunded back, changed my debit card and will never purchase again. I did however purchase from Bellewholesale one time and received their items a month or so later and was pleasantly surprised. The tank tops are amazing...take care y'all and ALWAYS RESEARCH A COMPANY BEFORE YOU PURCHASE!

Just received my order 2 pair of shoes, two shirts. I tried to cancel could not even though their website stated processing. Received the shirt the other was not sent, (they do not care) the one I received was supposed to be a sweat shirt, it was a tee shirt. The shoes were not even close to the size i ordered and both were different. Very bad products very bad company. The only positive I have is they can take your money like nobody else.

WHY would anyone order from a site that changes name continually. If you research one and find out they are Chinese garbage, the name changes on the computer. Its nuts........

YOU NEED TO BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!
1. Your clothes will look NOTHING like the pictures in the catalog when they arrive.
2. When you ask to them to process a return, they say it is on you to ship them BACK TO CHINA!
3. OMG. Keeping my crappy order for painting clothes. Walmart is better.

I got scammed too. Sweaters online looked so cute and I ordered them. They came a month later, which didn’t bother me too badly but when I opened up everything it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. The green boots were brown. The cowl neck sweater had holes where you can see my belly on 2 sides and the wool sweater was more like spandex. And when I asked to return, they said their company is in Guangzhou. They offered me 15% refund in lieu if sending it to China. We’ll see if I ever get that back.

I was pleased with the fast delivery of my sweatshirt. Taking it out of the package, I immediately noticed a large flaw...which I assumed was a wrinkle. I put the sweatshirt in the dryer with a damp cloth and tumbled it a few minutes on lowest heat. It is not a wrinkle. It is as if the fabric was flawed when the shirt was made. It is shiny and covers diagonally the entire front. I also found that the recommended care was to dry clean. Who pays to dry clean a sweatshirt. I will not be ordering anything from them again.

I, like everyone else who ordered from this company, am sorely disappointed and wished I had tried to research their company before placing an order. I NEVER order clothes online but for some reason I did with these guys. My experience is the same as everyone else, the sweaters did NOT look at all like the picture, they said it was a poly and wool blend, it looked like a cheap poly sweater. They take your money the day you order and it took over a month for it to get here. I had no idea I had ordered from a company in Hong Kong until I looked at my credit card statement. Another red flag would've been there is no way to get ahold of them on their website, except via email ! This was the most disappointing, cheap piece of clothing I've ever made the mistake of purchasing. The only saving grace about this experience was one of the shirts was marked as backordered, after I placed my order, and they cancelled that shirt. NEVER AGAIN Lilicloth !
