I spent 102.97$ on my order as I kept on adding items to make it to free shipping and such..I was stunned to receive something completely different. The pictures on their site looks brushed and modern, in reality it is gawdy, cheap flammable material and poor construction and very very different colors. The brushed yellow was in fact a deep gawdy cheap yello and such..Forget about wearing them, I could not even bring myself to donate it to someone I know...They should be held accountable for making false advertising. Interestingly, in their website you cannot leave a review and they have fake 90% and above 5 star ratings for the items I bought.

I love Lilicloth.!!!! They're a Great company that provides Great clothes everyday. They have Great prices . I find what I am looking for . They answer my questions promptly.

This company sucks big time and I will never order from them again EVER. I ordered a pairvof sneakers and they looked good on the Ad but when I received them they look like a pair of senior citizen shoes. I was so damn mad and they only gave me 15% refund which was 6.55. I was livid. So anybody please don’t order from them ever.

Very disappointed with the product at lilicloth all of the items that I ordered were not what I received the material was very different than what was shown in the photographs.I chose to order from this company because of the quality of the items that I saw in the catalog nothing I received looked like the catalog I spent $115 and it was not worth it I’m praying that I get my refund

Completely agree with other reviews. This company needs to be investigated. Is a scammer and intentionally dishonest in their business practices. When I requested a refund I got the same answer that I had to ship back to China and pay all sorts of fees. That I should use their 15% cash refund to "alter the cloth" to improve the quality. WTH?!!?! I've demanded my money back but suspect I won't hear back from them. As noted by someone else, I'm going to contact my credit card company with a complaint.

12/30/20 update: I am happy to say that Paypal jumped in and resolved my case. Is providing me a 100% refund based on my case and others coming through them. If you got scammed like I did - FIGHT IT!

This company should be under investigation on it’s practices, not as advertised, they don’t ship as advertised, they sell items out of stock and back order, they state they shipped when they don’t, and the don’t cancel as they state they shipped, and they promise a refund but they don’t. If you order from this company, you don’t know what you will receive, if you even received, they will take your money and not follow through - basically shady.

Absolutely avoid this seller. They ship from China and it takes several weeks to arrive. If you must return the item you have to pay shipping and duty back to china. The quality of the shirts is below inferior. I never have seem a fabric similar to this. There are no labels on the shirt except the size. What about fiber content and washing instructions. When I contacted this company they told me to return the product to China/ or keep it and they would give me a 15% refund. This product is so bad that I don't want it in my house and I would certainly not donate a shirt of this quality of anyone. I have turned this charge over to my credit card company.

I’m not even sure it’s a 2 yet. I ordered in October and shipping charge was expensive also. I still do not have my order. It’s been at least six weeks. Why is this clothing not in stock ready to ship?

There was a -100 I would rate them that! Please do not order from them! I gave them the benefit of the doubt on my first order to years ago, which I promptly put in the trash! Apparently, I didn’t learn my lesson and ordered again. I could’ve done better with iron on stencils. The products are not, I repeat not what they appear to be! Try to return them, I’ve been trying for two years. Good luck

Ordered a sweatshirt. After 5 weeks, I was told it still wasn't in stock and was asked if I could wait a little bit longer. Finally, after asking for a refund, they refunded the cost of the shirt but attempted to keep the $12.99 shipping charge. I had to submit a second refund request to get my shipping charge refunded. I had read NUMEROUS negative reviews before I ordered but gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered anyway...very sorry I did.

Is there a rating in the negative numbers because a 1 rating is ten higher than they deserve. This company is a TOTAL SCAM. Located in China they NEVER DELIVERED MY ITEMS EXCEPT ONE. It was the wrong one and took 6 months. By 12 months they delivered two items I never ordered. No way to return items. MOST FRAUDULENT COMPANY EVER!!!!

Your shipping costs are outrageous. After reading the CRAPPY reviews about your products, I am glad they are so high. Stopped me from ordering from your company.

I give one star because there isn’t anything lower. I ordered $90 worth of items. The pictures of the shirts looked nice and were supposed to be made of cotton- as stated- they were not. They were polyester, very cheaply made. The collar didn’t even have a sewn hem. I asked for a refund, was told it is very expensive to send them back. They offered 15% refund and I could give them away! They finally offered 35% or send them back to Guangzhou, China at my expense. Buyer beware. I will NOT purchase from them again.

What a joke... I ordered one sweatshirt that was adorable on the site but a T-shirt when it arrived. Shoes, 2 sizes too large and poor quality, a cowl neck sweater...looked really cool..cheap cheap cheap and made from a thin polyester fabric, 2 zip up T's that had a henley look on the site..again cheap and false advertising.. never ORDER FROM LILCLOTH

Product is not as ordered, 100% false advertising, says only get full refund if return product at my cost from Canada to China!!! Many emails / pictures to prove crap product shipped!!

Horrible quality, looks different from online pictures, plus they make it difficult to return. I sent a return request but won’t be surprised if I don’t get a refund.

I PURCHASED A SWEATSHIRT AND BOOTS AND SHOES. THE PRODUCTS THAT ARRIVED DO NOT SEEM LIKE THE SAME ONES I SAW ONLINE. THE QUALITY IS INFERIOR, THE SIZES ARE TOO SMALL COMPAIRED TO US SIZES. I DID NOT KNOW THEY WERE BASED IN CHINA. IF I DID I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A FULL REFUND UNLESS I PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING WHICH IS OVER $25. SO THEY OFFERED A DISCOUNTED REFUND AND I KEEP THE ITEMS. SO THAT'S WHAT I HAD TO DO AFTER SEVERAL BACK AND FORTH EMAILS. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. OR ANY OTHER CO IN CHINA. IT'S A COMPLETE SCAM. THEY KNOW YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY THAT SHIPPING. SO I'M DONE WITH LILICLOTH.

I ordered eight shirts from them. Took weeks to get, but that was alright they where for Christmas anyway. Problem is the quality is so poor on three of them I will not be able to use them. They say sweatshirts in the description. They are not there nylon and very ugly print. They were so pretty in the picture definitely not what they claims to be. First and last order from This company.

I ordered several items and had a problem with their sizing. A 2x shirt fit, and a xxl summer bathing suit pullover dress Tee shirt style the same size was extremely small both in width and length. i tried several times to contact them to exchange within their required 30 days but because of covid and the fact they are overseas i couldnt get a email reply. After the 30 days i did receive a reply but it didnt answer my question which was how do I exchange and where do i mail this to exchange. Eventually the replies were "putting me off" but not answering me for an address to return or exchange. So I mailed it back to the address it came from in the same package so i didnt exceed the time limit for exchanges. My package went into a black hole. I can track it back to a PO Box, and although I had all my information inside the package, they say they wont help me because i didnt get a return authorization and follow their protocol. Well geeze, i ran out of time to return it their way because they wouldnt respond to me. They wouldnt help me. I told them where it went and since they are overseas, they dont have contact with the people who mail from within the US. They did nothing to help me.
My loss. Will never purchase from here again.

High price, very long deliver time (China). I tried it because they had a 3XL size. However, looks like they took a large and just changed the tag to 3 XL
