Do not purchase anything from this…

Do not purchase anything from this company!!!

I ordered some articles of clothing for my sister for Christmas.

It took three weeks to get a shipment tracking number, only to find out that USPS disposed of my package due to damage while in transit from a country in Asia to the United States with no Return to Sender address provided.

Upon reporting my problem to Lilicloth, I was repeatedly provided the tracking number even though my shipment had arrived at my local USPS Facility where it was disposed by USPS for reasons mentioned above.

After providing the info USPS reported to me, including screenshots of the USPS tracking history, Lilicloth refused to provide a replacement or a refund.

I was left to absorb the cost. This isn't standard for vendor-customer relations.

Some of my order never arrived

Some of my order never arrived. I ordered gifts for Christmas on Nov 23. 5 of 7 items arrived. I was advised to track the order, but Lilicloth never emailed me an order number. So far, I was robbed of over $45 in goods with no explanation. DO NOT ORDER from this company. It takes your money and doesn't care if you ever get anything from their "vendors". Just a money grab.

I ordered a cute sweater on Dec 6. and expected it to arrive before xmas as it supposed to be a gift.After 14 days I send an email to customer service expressing dissatisfaction with delivery time.They responded with answer that I have to wait at least another 8 business days .Not acceptable !

I have to be honest

I have to be honest, I never shopped at Lilicloth but I'd bet my last dollar that they're the same company under a different name that scammed me a year ago. The clothing style is nearly identical--very cute & trendy. They don't give you any details about the items, and like everybody else said, when the clothes finally arrived (about 2 months later) the blouses looked nothing like the photos. The fabric and quality of the workmanship was deplorable. One of the blouses had a small hole in it. Another one of the blouses had a few fade marks and they all had a faint smell of urine. When I tried to send them back, (there's no phone number--a dead giveaway) I tried using the email under "contact us". The only response I ever got was an oddly worded-letter about sending them pictures of the items in question with proof that I hadn't caused the damage. And lastly, to add insult to injury, the post office said it would cost me $49 to send them back to China. The blouses cost me $54. What a rip-off. I can't prove it it but I know I'm right, many of these websites that just pop up on your browser are all the same fraudulent company. So before you get suckered in by "China Grabbers", DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Ordered 12/2 and no show

Ordered 12/2 and no show. They want me to wait 3 to 5 days, check tracking and sign for divery when it arrives. They say it is caught up in customs. Tried to cancel and they said no! I don't need it after Christmas. Do not buy from this unreliable company

Ordered on Dec. 11 and still processing according to their website on Dec. 22. Can't query the order because their order status checker is screwed up. They have cute stuff but don't perform. And I can't even comment on the quality yet.

I ordered 5 long sleeved tee shirts 3…

I ordered 5 long sleeved tee shirts 3 months ago costing a little over $100. I received 2. Of the 2, one had sleeves that weren’t even sewn on the end, and the other was huge even though I ordered a small. I have tried to contact the company for a refund or the other 3. Have not heard back from my multiple attempts. Horrible craftsmanship and customer service. Save your money!

ABSOLUTE WORST E-COMMERCE SITE EVER!!

This is the absolute WORST e-commerce site!! Very poor communication and tracking. I ordered 5 items and the ship to address was wrong and when I inquired they told me to contact the local carrier. When I did they said they returned it. When asking Lillicloth about shipping it back or a refund I was told that the product would be destroyed and not refunded as the shipping costs are too high. GARBAGE!

GARBAGE, SIMPLY JUNK…BUYER BEWARE

Ordered a sweatshirt with hoodie -buyer beware - what you will receive is pure and simple JUNK. The sewing is horrible, the material is extremely thin, the time between ordering and receiving is LOOOONG. Customer service is virtually non existent with a lot of "lip service"

I both bought and received two separate…

I both bought and received two separate sweatshirts from this site. The first looks like a soft cotton and is listed as cotton in the picture. It is an ugly, cheap version that is literally all nylon. I ordered an extra large and it was literally a US size medium. The fabric is rough and itchy and the fit horrible. NOTHING like the photos in their ads. And not as baggy or soft as depicted in their photos. They refused to take a return and would not refund my payment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I was very very fortunate in that the website would not accept a perfectly good credit card. Thought I made and error and tried again but still no dice. My guess, when I tried customer service on line they said they were out of the office so I think the website was shut down for purchases which tells me this is a foreign entity not a USA company.
I later found they were emailing me to buy and the address had my first name, name of city, no state or zip. Very interesting who would have gotten those clothes?

Very surprised and impressed with customer service while returning the cloth somehow managed to get refund & shipping label ordered several tye dyed dresses using their size chart. They were described as "cotton blend bohemian style." Well, the size L dresses I received would likely fit a very thin 14 year old! They are 100% nylon, poorly sewn, and look like striped small one piece slips It took awhile to get and then when I received it I couldn't get them above my knees. outfits did not look like their advertising pictures, none of them fit, all medium but fit too small or too big absolutely awful, cheap materials Cheap Garbage.The fabric is dreadful.i was trying to get in touch with their customer service for Refund & return this cloths i went on the google internet and i found this number which was i do the research about company and i found this number which was+1---8 Four Five seven 9 five Three zero nine Nine - I contacted them when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that got my money back thanks for great service They have Customer service is great!I

Very Poor Quality. Not as shown on their web site.

I ordered 5 Sweatshirts from their web site. The pictures looked great. When I received 3 of the 5 sweatshirts they were very cheap quality. T-shirt material and not as pictured on their web site. The return address is in China. It will cost more to return the items than I paid, so I am stuck with them.

This company doesn't deserve 1-star

This company doesn't deserve 1-star. I spent $200 in November for Christmas. The items that arrived looked Nothing like the pictures on-line. The company is in China and the sizes must be for Chinese models because nothing I ordered fit. I ordered a size larger than I can wear because I like a roomy fit. In addition to poor sizing, the quality is awful. Everything including a deluxe bulky sweater and sweatshirts arrived as polyester material. Three polyester tops had unfinished hems. The company will accept returns but I haven't figured out yet how to get an internal tracking number from the website. It says go to service@lillicloth but that only takes you to their website. I will have to pay for return shipping to China and not sure if returning will be worth the effort but I guess something is better than nothing if it costs half of the refund since I would not wear any of it or even donate it. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from
Lillicloth.
