One because I can't give "0"

This review is for lilicloth.com. One star because I can't give "0". Shipping took forever. Once arrived, it was for a Christmas gift. Quality was terrible, cheap, oversized and lettering worn off in one place. Tried to start a return and they told me I was out of time. They only allow fifteen days, no exceptions for holiday or otherwise. Stay clear of this one.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Shirt was too small and it must be returned to China at my expense!! Lilicloth offered 15% refund so I could pay for alterations. What a joke. Only magic could make a shirt bigger.

Clothes don't fit, return policy misleading

First, it took forever to receive the items and I am still waiting for one top. I am a large woman from the USA. These clothes didn't even come close to fitting and they were of very poor quality (cheap fabric) so I asked to return them. They seemed to ship from the US (the return address on the packages was from California) but their customer service told me I would need to return them to China. The hat and gloves fit fine but everything else will be donated to Goodwill.

Cheap, Chinese made items - impossible returns

The company is based in China and everything ships from there so it takes a month to receive. The sizes are WAY off...I ordered a 3x shirt that in person looks like a medium size.
The quality of items is super low...most everything is polyester and thin. All the items ordered with a graphic on them are super low-end iron-on type pieces that fell apart after 1 washing.
You can forget about trying to return anything...to China!
This company looks like it's advertising all over the internet and getting quite a lot of business from their low prices and what appears to be cute clothes. Stay away, don't be fooled!

Zero

Zero. They sent me three of each item. None fit.
They made it impossible to return. After a month of emails, they finally agreed. When I went to return, address was in China and $68 to return. When I emailed again, they said that postage was my responsibility and would I take a 30% refund. I finally gave up. I haven't seen the refund yet.
I gave away the clothes. The clothes were also not what they looked like on the site. Terrible terrible company.

Still haven’t got my order

Still haven’t got my order. I ordered 2 shirts at the beginning of Dec. and they haven’t even got out of their warehouse yet according to the “tracking” info attached to my order. Don’t know yet if the clothes are any good but I will never shop here again. If the cloths are as awful as most here say I doubt it worth the trouble to send them back. So disappointed!

I ordered Christmas presents (4) tops…

I ordered Christmas presents (4) tops for my wife.
The order was placed early and naturally she did
not try the tops till Christmas. Two of the tops were
cut small and Lilicloth refuses to accept the returns
because the time of 15 days was exceeded.

As others have said

As others have said, the delivery time on these is beyond terrible. I ordered on 12/7 and as of yet have not received any of my products coming from China. I cannot comment on the quality of the product as it has not been received.

Ordered 3 sweaters Dec 7 for Chistmas…

Ordered 3 sweaters Dec 7 for Chistmas received 1 package yesterday 12/28/2020 he so called sweater was thin polyester maybe able to wear 3 times then expect it to fall apart. the tracking for other packages is going through customs. maybe 2 more weeks. maybe in time for GROUNDHOG DAY. The packages are coming from china. I am just going to eat the clothes since it will cost almost as much to send back. I will not deal with them again. I am no going to try for refund since this is from China and they have my credit card number.

Terrible products

Terrible products. The clothes I rec'd don't look anywhere close to the pictures on their website. I thought I was getting a sweatshirt but it was a polyester shirt. I ordered a small but looks large. I am sending it back. Shipping details were very poor. Took a month to arrive. Do not order any items from this company.

Poor shipping

I ordered a Christmas gift on 12/10, and clicked the shipping box to allow the order arrive a few days before Christmas. From the order tracking information I received, it appears nothing was done to ship the order until 12/22. The item did not arrive by Christmas, and as of today, four days after Christmas, the shipping information has not been updated since 12/24. Frustrating experience.

Stay away from these guys

I gave Lilicloth one star but that's only because I couldn't rate them as zero. They are unbelievably rigid with their return policy. I bought a shirt for my daughter for Christmas. It arrived Dec. 9 and I contacted them on Dec. 26 (17 days later) to say it was too small and I needed to exchange it. First, they don't do exchanges; you have to return the first item and buy a replacement. Not a problem. However, I contacted them on day 17 and their return policy is 15 days. Period. After that, you can't return anything. Through their rigidity, they've guaranteed that we will NEVER shop there again. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Exceptionally low quality and poor…

Exceptionally low quality and poor fitting. Sweatshirt is really a t-shirt that fits a thin child after washing.
Returns are accepted for a few days, but if it’s gift you will be embarrassed and can’t return it.
Please, don’t believe the good reviews.

Very Cheap and Ill-Fitting Clothing

The products received did not fit properly and the items are cheaply made, I can buy nicer shirts at the Dollar Store. If I return them, the shipping cost alone more money than the total of my purchase. I highly recommend against making a purchase from Lilicloth.
