Horrible! Never got my item, never notified it wasn’t coming and they say UPS could not deliver it and they can’t give me a refund till it gets returned. It’s been two months.
Scam!!!!!

I agree with everyone on this. The clothes looked nothing like the pictures. The jeans they sent were just stupid (so cute in the picture) and they offered me a 15% refund or to return them to Asia. Gee thanks. The rest of my order is still not here and I asked the rest to be cancelled and refunded and they wouldn't do it.
Buyer beware! If the prices seem too good to be true, they are!! And who knew they were in Asia. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

A 3X looked like a child's medium. It was horrible. I couldn't even fit the chest. Never again! I guess I will be sending these pieces of crap shirts to Goodwill. I just laughed when I opened the package. Total ripoff.

How can an item clear US costumes and not be delivered? Don’t trust this site.

If I could give less than one star, I would. My order took 3 months to arrive. As these were all Christmas gifts, they were extremely late. Poor quality, sizes incorrect. It cost me $70 to ship them back to China! It has been two months and my package is still "held in Customs". I have decided I will never get my money back and lost the $70 I paid to ship back . I will never, never use this company again.

I was so excited to see the styles on their website, but the product itself that arrived is complete rubbish. One of the prints is out of focus and terrible, the other jumps has bits of print falling off and the sewing looks like it was made by a small child (I suspect it was somewhere). The stitching is terrible and it even has bits of cloth hanging off seems where it hasn't been properly overlocked. Can't possible wear them, could only use as cleaning rags

The REAL Scam here is the so called “customer service“ phone number (845 521-7245) which has been repeatedly updated from a very angry customer.
Yesterday I was very gullibly lured into this horrendous scam. A very kind and helpful ”Jimmy” assured me that he would refund me my total amount as I was sent the incorrect size. He had me share my computer screen with him and give him all of my credit card information. After the call I found out there were several transactions made on my credit card and I had a call from my credit card company that they had closed my account. I also had a call from Amazon saying that someone had requested a $200 gift card and they wanted to know if this was legitimate. I cannot believe I allowed myself to be scammed in this manner. I do not believe this phone number is connected to Lili cloth in any manner.

Do not believe the positive reviews in this page. This company is a scam. the images showned in the ad are fake and photoshopped af. if you happen to buy it, u might not get the item or receive poor quality clothes made from China.

Three weeks, "Cleared Customs." Too early to really know if I got screwed but these reviews are awful. I paid thru PayPal. Typically, I'll get my money back in about six months of "Negotiating" with the vendor. Why does PayPal support these crooks? Why are there other review sites that give great reviews? Fake?

Cheap material, medium size shirt is actually extra large! Can't return without paying more in shipping to China that I did for the item. They offer 15% back rather than the expensive return. What a scam!. Should have checked reviews 1st! First and last time I will every click on online ad!

If I could give them a zero, I would. Giving one star feels like I'm cheating at a card game I'm playing with my gran...who's in a wheelchair...and is blind. The clothes are NOTHING what they look like on the site. Colours are incorrect, what was supposed to be a sweatshirt was nothing more than a light long-sleeve, the lettering was peeling off right out of the bag etc etc etc. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! WISH clothing looks like you've shopped at Burberry compared to these goofs. Apparently the sites I used to review the company was laced with more fake comments than an episode of The Kardashian's. I even checked out where they were from. It says UK. I was thinking United Kingdom, but alas, I have come to surmise it means "unknown". If anything good could come of this, at least I have backups if the world ever experiences a toilet paper shortage again.

This was the worst experience I have had with an online order! The item I ordered was not the one in the ad. I emailed the company to try and get my correct item, after multiple emails back and forth, not getting anywhere, they told me that I would have to return ship on my dime, and it would cost more than the item itself, and offered me a small percentage of what I paid. I ended up getting 3 dollars and some change, and I got to keep this old lady looking sweater I didn’t want! I will never shop there again!

I received my shirt and I love it. I was sceptical at first about what people were saying about size but mine was true to fit and it feels wonderful. I have no complaints.

The products they send are not like their ads! I ordered two sweaters that looked like faded and vintage cotton in the ads and received 2 sweaters that were not faded, not the right colour, and made out of cheap synthetic fabrics. I put them straight in the rubbish bin. Never buy from them again!

I ordered two items for my daughters, they came after rather a long wait, I think sent from Hong Kong, and my daughters were pleased.
So I ordered two more items.
One came, again after a long delay. The other was marked "out of stock" or some similar remark. One has to pre-pay. They, after several months, have not offered a substitute or retuned my money. So very poor people to do business with.

The products are soooo bad. The quality is beyond poor. The colours are not right. Please don't waste your money people. I learnt the hard way

DON'T DO IT!!!!!! THE MERCHANDISE IS SHODDY. YOU CAN NOT RETURN ANYTHING WITHOUT SENDING IT AT YOUR EXPENSE TO GUANGZHOU (FORMERLY CANTON) WHICH IS MUCH MORE EXPEMSIVE THAN THE MERCHANDISE. JUST TO ROUND OFF THE INSULTS, THEY CLAIM THEY WILL REFUND 15% AND THEY DON'T. DON'T GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL REGRET IT JUST AS I DO.

NO STARS. FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHINA COMPANY THAT FALSELY STATES THEY ARE IN THE UK. If you order a women's size medium, you will receive a child's medium. I repeat, FRAUD!

Light fabric great for Fl. For the money, very good. Does take 3 weeks delivery. Have purchased over 30 items during last few months. Had to adjust my sizing in certain styles, but otherwise ok. Won’t return item, will give to friend. You get what you pay for. I recommend.

The absolute worst as far as reliability. Promises, promises = broken promises. Did not receive what I ordered for 3 months after placing order and being billed. When I complained that the items had been meant to be gifts at Christmas and arrived much much to late this was the reponse.
