Through away $100.00. I literally threw all the items in the garbage! Cheap, cheap, cheap. Sizes all wrong. Totally waste of money!

I so wish I would have read the legitimate reviews for this company instead of the fabricated ones on their website! Shirt I ordered came in the wrong color with no hems on the bottom or sleeves. Very cheap material. Trying to return is pointless. They reply, ask for more info or pictures you reply back sending what is asked for using the same email address and it gets returned "address incorrect, fail to deliver"! I've gone through this cycle 3 times and have given up. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

If there was a button for negative 100, I would click that star. I have dealt with companies in the past that did not follow the rules of their own stated policies and universal ethical business codes of conduct. Like many I've read about here, I feel stupid I let someone trick me like this again when everything looked legit and I thought I was getting something coming from the United States and not a foreign company. Shame on them for taking advantage of stealing opportunities from unaware and ignorant consumers like myself.
I waited the 7-10 business days the website said it would take to get to me. I live in Hawaii. I called on the 11th day to check with tracking and the customer service rep thru emails said it was still being processed and they don't know when the package would get here. I waited a few more weeks for it then 1 package with 1 item came in and then the next week the other two. I have learned to order two sizes for the same thing and return the one that doesn't quite fit. out of the 17 items I got. The first was lucky, it fit. 2 dresses somewhat fit out of the 6 variety. All of them were supposed to be xl and 2x. I like it baggy. The cardigans didn't even have hems in the lining and could fit what felt like would fit a 10-year-old
. As goes for the sweat shirts I received It came in as xs as in could fit a 90 lbs person. The pictures are deceiving when the sizes on the women are actually extra big on them to look like regular size. The material descriptions for the items was not the same material that it came in as. Like cheaply made but boasted as good material made by. So when I tried to make my request of refund, they don't pay for shipping, so the items it comes from reps in America but when you get it returned you have to pay for shipping all the way to the manufacturer in China which would have been 200$ UPS shipping and $70 for USPS shipping. But get this, they don't offer you full refund if they deem it unnecessary, oh but you can totally take their offer of a 15 then 25 oh and last but not least 35% off for the win guys, to get a no-hassle no need ship back refund offer. so I did that after checking how much the actual out-of-pocket shipping it would cost me and emailed back saying I will do that. hey, 50 bucks are better than nothing I guess. They had approved it and said they would issue it given my permission and my last email telling them to go ahead and do that failed. I keep getting notices the website is no longer taking emails from my address. I didn't even know they can block something like that. Been trying to get a reply but have had no luck with a response as of yet. In other words, I just lost out on 160$$ for all the items that didn't fit in the wrong size, wrong material sent then what was stated, crappy suede material, poorly made and misprinted sizes on the clothes themselves.
Shame on them for lack of good business ethics and just honest business sense. I hope to do better digging on companies in the future.

The website is real. Not a scam and they deliver their overpriced poorest quality sub-standard product very quickly. The quality of their products is disgusting,
I bought a printed T-Shirt that looked nothing like in the description. The sleeves were not hemmed, they were just cut, and started to fray immediately. The sleeves were not finished properly, they were just cut with a pair of scissors. The cloth is the worst, very thin. Not even a "Care Label" I went on their webchat and all you get is a person who reads from scripts and has no empathy at all, as they really do not understand what you are saying. At the end of the day, it is expensive and very very poor quality. They inadvertently are scammers as they sell rubbish and accept no responsibility, Not even a sorry, just replies that imply you are a liar. Avoid Avoid

I received my order today. I was absolutely shocked at the look of the clothes that was in my parcel. The clothes were cheap and nasty. What a rip off!!! The cardigan and the jumper I had ordered looked nothing like the picture that was advertised on the website. The sizing was way off too. I am a size 12 - Medium. So I ordered a small in the cardigan and a medium in the jumper as they were both supposed to be oversized. The cardigan and jumper I received looked like it was for a small child. Also I ordered a sweat shirt, which was not in the parcel.
I do not recommend this company. What you see on their website is NOT what you get. I put one star on the rating, only because I did like the hat and jewelry I purchased.

Return shipping is high. Quality just ok. Hard to get right size

Still waiting after 3 months for goods to arrive, they made lame broken English excuses and send tracking info in chinese that make NO sense, then they stopped answering me and I never received anything, waste of $126.00!! Will NEVER trust this mob again!

Don't follow the lilicloth sizing. Order at least two sizes larger. This company demands that products be returned to China Not only is shipping back expensive you also have to pay custom fees. Don't try to negotiate anything as this company has the worst customer service I have dealt with in my 74 years. Items ship from California but must be returned to China. I have lost a lot of money trying to get the items I wanted but made the mistake of moving up only one size. My best advice - buy elsewhere!

I ordered four shirts and one pair of shorts. With the exception of one shirt, the color and materials were off from the catalog. Two shirts I swear were knit in the catalog were sheer pieces of material. The shorts were of a horrible piece of material and the last tshirt was too big. I received an email back from them after I emailed about returning that the return had to go through China and they would offer me a 15% discount for not returning. I’m not sure what to do as I don’t want to pay horrible return fees to China. This was a mistake and I knew it from the get go. I should have gone through Amazon.

Terrible company.....DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Terrible service, slow shipping, products awful. Ordered 6 t-shirts 3 weeks ago. Still do not have them all, but did get two of the SAME shirt one week apart. Beware........save your money, buy from someone else.

I purchased items from lilicloth I received my order except one pair of shorts. They supposedly shipped them separate I never received them. I was told to be patient things are taking longer because of COVID. My shorts never left China they got shipped around there and finally returned to lilicloth. Now I wait for a refund.

This is a Chinese company. Items were cut way too small in arms. Sizing was way off. Items took forever to ship and were nearly impossible to return. I will never buy anything from them again. Will end up donating $80 worth to charity. I feel like an idiot. Please do not buy from them.

Shipping takes FOREVER!!!!
Then they charge an international charge, without warning. One item says out of stock, but no refund on my card. STAY AWAY!!!!! Update, I received a refund, but had to request it.

they take over 3mths to get your order.
Then if u request a return.. they offer me a portion of a refund. Im still waiting for some items i ordered in Feb...i will never order from them again nor Wish. Save your money and order the same item, better quality, at amazon

This company does not even deserve a one star.
What a farce, the fabric on the shirt looked sheer as you could see the bra beneath it, The product I got was a cheap thick synthetic fibre. Medium would fit a very large man. Disgusting, after reading the reviews (should have read them first) I realise its not even worth the worry of trying to return. In the bin they go.

I would give 0 stars. I ordered for the first time over $150.00. 6 tops. Very Disappointed in all, the quality, sizes were not as stated in description and the material was not 100% cotton. All returns must go to Hong Kong with insane shipping fees, over $50.00. After 2+ weeks of poor communication they offered a small refund to compensate me. Use caution, the quality was not there & the return shipping is so high you question if it's worth the return.

I would never buy anything from this company again. Tried for 3 weeks to get approval for a return and woo not respond to emails. No phone numbers to contact them. This place is a joke.

If I could give them a triple zero I would! Worst clothing ever! Shipped me the the wrong Size from what I ordered and trying to get a refund is a joke! Cheap! I’m sure its from China. Not to mention that some of the things were damaged.

I bought 10 items and want to return most of them so I submitted my return request to get authorization and return address( via email in 48 hours.) I have been waiting 2 weeks now and 4 emails later ,no word from them ! Can someone post the return address for me.
