Ordered 2 sweat shirts from lillicloth both with sayings ,took 22 days to get and they were very light long sleeve shirts. Unable to make contact for return. Nowhere close to what it looked like on Web sight.

Site is actually lilicloth.com, not lilcloth.com as it says here on Trustpilot. Designs/printing on the shirts are cute, and I was taken in by that. Ordered in early December, received the second week of January. As others have said, don't order if you're in a hurry, and if you want quality. Typical Chinese company that fabricates the positive reviews on their web site. I ordered several shirts in size small for my wife. Though they say "S" on the label, they are all Large or XL sizes. Oh well ... she will wear them for nightshirts instead.

Bought a nice "sweatshirt" for my wife 2 weeks before Xmas. They said it would be here before Xmas. It arrived almost 2 weeks after. I had forgotten about it when it showed up.
It was not a sweatshirt. It was a cheap longsleeve t-shirt with a hood. The bottom hem was unfinished. I filed a return immediately (same day it arrived), Got emails a while later stating that I'd have to ship the thing BACK TO CHINA for a refund and I would be responsible for the cost!! Hahaa.

I ordered a t shirt on 12/11/21. Item never arrived, PayPal charged me. Lilicloth is apparently a scam company, 94% negative reviews, and 94% of people don't agree on anything. It was only $34, I wasn't buying a major alliance so I didn't research the company. I'm dumping PayPal also, as they're somewhat complicit, paying money to a company with 94% negative reviews.

I made an order and read the reviews after attempting to pull the site back up. I called them 2 hours later and told them that I wanted to cancel the order. They stated that it had already shipped. Yet, it took 3 weeks to arrive. Out of three items that I ordered, only one was right. Ordered a sweater and I suppose that was the long sleeve shirt. And the other in no way appeared as it did in the advertisement. Don't waste your money!!!!

This company is a SCAM..Ordered a shirt on 12/1/2021 after chatting that it would be delivered in 5-7 days. It is now 12/21/2021...Chatted with them today. THE SHIRT IS STILL IN CHINA!!...THIS COMPANY SELLS GOODS THAT THEY DON'T HAVE...TAKES YOUR MONEY..& GIVES YOU THE SHAFT...btw...they told me I can't cancel the order since it "has shipped" BUYER BEWARE!!!

are two different things.
Their idea is a long sleeve t-shirt.
Silly me for just falling for the slick ads for the t-shirts.

This is the worst company I have ever bought from. I purchased $74.00 worth of T-Shirts and not only were they the incorrect size, but they were made with very poor quality materials. Nothing like the picture suggests at all. I then tried to get a return/refund and had to go through this long lengthy process and still have not received the labels to return the items and get a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE OR COMPANY. They are a rip-off and scam.

Placed my order. Have received no confirmation email of my order... now reading other reviews. Having doubts... Thought this was an American based company. I stopped doing business with stores requesting I pay high shipping to return to China if items ordered don't work out. Will see.

I totally disagree with the negative reviews. I'm delighted with the items I've purchased from lillicloth. Plus they're really funny!

Ordered four shirts from Lillcloth.. same as previous reports I have read on this site. Sizes so erratic .. also promised delivery by Oct 13-16. None of the orders were delivered by dates promised. Now Oct. 25 and still missing an article. I contacted the website regarding refund and the virtual sales person said return button was hidden behind 3….the follow-up email stated they were a China company despite their return address was US. I was Directed to wait for Chinese address and that cost to return might be to high and to consider more products!

I wish I could give negative stars. Lilicloth is a terrible company with deceptive business practices! Do not waste your money or sanity by purchasing from them. I tried to return 2 t-shirts (size and fabric unwearable by me) only to be informed I would have to send them to China although they were shipped from California where I live. Cost of T-shirts was approximately 35.00 and would cost me over 27.00 to send to their ‘return center’ in CHINA!!! Complete rip off and very confusing customer service…I have received emails from 3 people and you must respond to all 3 within 7 days or they close your request. I was offered a discount if I would remove a negative review. I do not want a discount for clothing I cannot wear, I want to return items to a USA location and receive a FULL refund. Please do yourself a favor and spread the word.

Order 2 shirts one size larger than I normally do and found both of them (Mens and Womans) way too small.

Buy from Cali but return to China was not mentioned till the return started.

Save your $$ and buy from a local shop!!

Cute items but not good quality, wrong size but they made it financially impossible to return them item.
Wish I had checked out their reputation before ordering from them.

Buyer beware. I won’t be shopping here again and I do not recommend shopping here.
I gave 2 stars because some things are what I expected, cheap crappy clothing. Other items are very poor quality and definitely not worth the full price.
However, final sale items are non-refundable which is stated on the website. What was not clear is you cannot exchange final sale items.
The sizes are erratic. Items look better online.
The cloth material feels awful on most of the items. The t-shirts are soft but I have not washed them yet.
I am returning everything I am allowed to return even though I liked some of the items. I will update this post once I have received a refund or if I even get a refund. I also canceled an item.
My advice is shop elsewhere.

Items were not true to size and were odd material
Returns are complicated - have to return to China and you incur all shipping costs. Not worth the cost or the time to return. Company banks on this and offers a 15% "compensation" for not returning the items.

When there is no easy access to ask a question, walk away!

The material they use is very poor quality. I was missing items from my order. Customer service needs retrained in customer service. Save your money it's not worth the aggravation!

I should've known better, is coming from China. The pictures don't show the POOR quality of everything. In one order, I ordered scarves, dresses, and t-shirts for gifts. I can't use them because they look cheap! The return policy is written in a way that the customer doesn't get the assurance of getting the money back. The sale items are not returnable. What the customer doesn't know is that the sale items are always on sale in order not to be returnable because the quality is unwearable. They know they are that low quality when you cannot leave a review on the site. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
