VERY BAD!
No goods received 14+ days after ordering. Tracking says still not dispatched. No response to my emails asking for a refund either. Very bad service. Avoid ordering from here

I was looking for the Decoart brand, which is hard to find in the UK. Good choice and good prices - I was able to find almost everything I was looking for (Decoart Americana Acrylic paint in specific colours, also varnish and Glamour Dust). It arrived promptly and well packaged. I hadn't come across Lilly Grace Crafts before, but they are now one of my go-to online craft stores.

Very poor, would not recommend
Very poor. I placed an order which is still unfulfilled 11 days later. I have emailed the company on several occasions to ask about my order but no one has responded.

I had brought craft cement
I had brought craft cement, over £60s worth on the 6th of sept.
Items have not been dispatched, I have emailed to ask when will they be dispatched, no answer back. I have now requested a refund and still not heard anything back.
I feel like I have been scammed! No one is getting back to me and there is only an email!!
Do not buy from them!!!
