I am yet to receive my goods despite me trying to contact the company twice. I have had no response.

Still waiting for a refund
Ordered £47.31 worth of goods but only received £12.57 worth. I was refunded £13.79 as I was told this item was out of stock. My invoice that came with the stock stated that I had received only 3 of the 8 I ordered but no refund was given for the missing 5. I have emailed numerous times and had no response at all. Thankfully I have all the paperwork and paid by credit card so will get the refund eventually but this is a terrible company and will avoid using them ever again. I see from previous reviews I'm not the only person this has happened to this month.

This was my second purchase from Lily Grace. They sell beautiful craft stuff. I am very happy wwith my quality Apple Barrel colours I bought from them. It is a good make and is not expensive at all. My acrylic colours turned up in a matter of day. I received regular updates on the progressing of the order. Recommended all the way
