I ordered a bag almost a month ago to take back home with me. My flight date was approaching really soon and Lin made sure that I receive my order right before I leave the UK .
Such an amazing service!

I ordered a jumbo tote and it was taking a bit longer than I assumed to be sent so I reached out, Lin responded very promptly and explained that the color I had ordered was on backorder and would I like to choose another color? I did and Lin got my order updated and processed quickly, I received my bag the next week. I did receive a medium instead of a jumbo so I reached back out and Lin again took care of it immediately and had a jumbo sent to me. I am very pleased with both bags and even more pleased with the amazing customer service Lin provided! Thanks again!

I ordered a personalised tote for my up coming holiday (approx 3 was ago) and I reached out to confirm if my bag would be delivered on time. Lin responded immediately and has arranged for my order to be expedited to ensure I receive my bag in time for my holiday! I accidentally ordered a kids' carry-on bag by mistake. After receiving that, I placed another order for the correct carry-on item. I then reached out to customer service and told them I needed the carry-on to arrive as soon as possible, as I wanted to use it for my upcoming travel. Surprisingly, I received the order within just one week. Thanks a lot for such a great service!

I received my first order from Lily & Bean. There was an issue with 1 of the pieces of luggage I ordered. I contacted customer service via WhatsApp. It was the weekend so I received a reply first thing Monday morning. I was helped by Lucy. She was kind, courteous, and attentive to my issue. She was able to help me in a timely manner and is sending me a replacement item right away. I appreciated her quickness in resolving my issue and making me a valued customer. I highly recommend Lily & Bean and will be ordering again.

I ordered the sunset orange zig zag bag last week 15 th May I knew it would be 3-4 weeks delivery when I placed order it came up 6 weeks so I emailed customer service who got back to me really quickly and said they would do their best to have it to be by the time I went on holiday I couldn’t believe I got a dispatch email yesterday and received my beautiful bag this morning less than a week of ordering what fantastic service an a big thank you to Lucy who was emailing back an forth my bag is stunning it’s made to a very high quality the colours are gorgeous can be worn with numerous outfits also come with a huge dust bag to keep it like new can’t wait to use it Thank you again Lilly & Bean very happy customer 🤗
