I am a UK based buyer. I brought the Smartpump as I wanted something that was compact, rechargeable and electric. I am so glad I found this pump! I also brought the bags.
It's effective, easy to use, relatively silent and so easy. I would def purchase again.
The communication from the team is also fantastic, dispatch was extremely fast. The price is comparatively excellent. 5* all the way.
For those wondering - there are no customs fees.

Great service. I received my maternity nightie with a personalised hand-written note. The product quality was very good and it looked exactly as in the pictures.

I bought a couple of maternity/nursing tops for my daughter. Beautiful quality and design. She loves them. I did have a query regarding delivery of my order and the sizing and received excellent and very quick service. Highly recommend.

I bought two nightdresses for my daughter. She was delighted with the style and quality. She used them both before and after her son’s birth. Through no fault of the company there was a delivery issue but they sorted it out nonetheless and with good grace.

I bought the purple Serenity maternity & nursing pyjama set for my sister's birthday. I had a slight panic as wanted to change the size I originally placed the order for and the customer service was excellent! I was able to exchange the size before it was shipped.

The quality of the pjs felt super luxurious, not to mention beautifully stylish. I actually wanted some for myself as loved the lace design on the back and the top overall but I'm not pregnant!

Lily & Ribbon have some of the loveliest maternity wear I've seen. I would highly recommend them!

Lovely jeans and some of the only ones I could find in a long length (I’m 5’11”). Always get a lovely handwritten note inside with the order. I would say they are a slightly loose fit so if you’re inbetween sizes get the smaller size. The jeans have plenty of stretch in them.

Have purchased a few times through them now, very helpful and friendly to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Today I received my gorgeous nightie and dressing gown.. they are a lovely fit and so cosy!!! I will be wearing them now at 35 weeks pregnant and through the nursing stage and beyond 😍 very pretty and elegant and worth every penny xxx

This is my second time round breastfeeding and as I leak so so badly, i can safely say I have tried more or less every breast pad- disposable and cloth- out there, I have leaked through every single one. These are just amazing, they’re an absolute game changer and may well prolong my breastfeeding journey. I no longer worry about leaks day or night, they’re so comfortable I don’t even notice they’re there and even wearing tight clothes on the top they’re very discreet. I will buy a set for every new mum I know from now on. They are absolutely worth every penny and I wish could tell every breastfeeding mumma about them. I also emailed the company a couple of times regarding a few questions I had and every time received a friendly, speedy reply from Tanya, company Founder. I can’t wait to order more and will be hopefully purchasing some feeding friendly clothing from them come payday to further support this brilliant company. Massive thank you to Lily & Ribbon!

Great company! The order process and customer service was excellent and arrived quickly too. I was desperate to find some breast pads that would that were a bit more substantial than the ones I had from boots and supermarkets. The night pads I found from Lily and Ribbon were exactly what I needed. A great quality product that worked and made such a difference to my nights. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others and thank you for finally allowing me to get a good, DRY nights sleep!

Love my new maternity jeans from Lily & Ribbon - nice snug fit on legs and bum using my pre-bump size. At first the black stretch section was a little loose over the bump but it's fitting really well now and room to grow. Feels like a soft hug around my belly :)
