Fantastic service
I am not one to write reviews but the customer service received from Lily and Ribbon, specifically Tanya has been second to none. She has been amazing from 1st contact through to the arrival of my parcel.
I had a small issue with payment meaning my order was not completed till 7pm. I had placed the order for next day delivery but due to the time was not expecting for a couple.
To my delight it arrived the very next day and was perfect. I am just about to place another order with them and I am sure I will receive the same great service. Thanks again to Lily and Ribbon, I am excited to receive my next lot of goodies.

I can't thank Tanya enough for her high level of service. I've been struggling to find suitable swimwear throughout my pregnancy.
Tanya answered all of my questions so promptly and offered to send additional photos to those that were online - really going above and beyond. Once my order had been dispatched she checked in with me to see how it had fitted and if I needed to exchange.
No where else have I received this level of care when shopping. THANK YOU TANYA!
7 months pregnant and swimming with dignity again!

Best maternity swimwear and fantastic customer service
Great swimsuits / tankini's and customer service was fantastic. Ordered a few different items that I needed quickly before my holiday and these were sent next day delivery along with a pre-paid postage voucher to return any items I didn't want to keep.
Really personalised and friendly service I'd highly recommend!

Great service, amazing value, lovely nursing top and breast pads. I still wear the top even though no longer breast feeding. The pads were so much better than the disposable ones i used first time round.

One of my best maternity/nursing purchases so far!
Ordered the serenity nursing bra and it is AMAZING! Gone are the thick ugly nursing bra straps under my summer tank tops - instead I have a super comfortable, soft bra. Which gives great shape to the bust (that i didn’t know was possible without underwire!) and is so easy to nurse in.
I just ordered another one!

I bought 2 sterling silver Maternity Necklaces, 1 for my pregnant sister and the other pregnant cousin. They were beautifully packaged arrived promptly. Both women were extremely happy with their gifts. I highly recommend both Lily & ribbon and the Maternity Necklaces that they sell.

Great customer service
Great customer service. My package arrived supper fast with a personalised note. I had bought a maternity bikini and whilst you can be feeling a bit down with the whole maternity shopping as you are getting bigger and bigger, I thought this was a great pick me up. Its nice to order something and for it to be straight forward and a pleasant experience. Will use Lily & Ribbon again!
