Advised they had delivered 2 items. Only 1 was received. The item missing was worth $ 900. The packaging was too small to fit a duvet, and delivery sticker on the product said 1 of 1.
This business is a scam and should be shut down by the ATO. The owner should be fined and exported if not born here. Australia doesn't need this.
Have evidence to prove. Do not buy from linen connections.

This company is run by people who have no idea about customer service and are totally unethical.
I placed an order at the beginning of Feb and still haven't received it due to faulty goods they say. Apparently that's just an excuse to hang on to your money whilst they give you the run around and tell any number of lies. Even attaching tracking numbers to goods that haven't been sent. This has happened with 2 orders on the same day. The post office have their own evidence so Linen Connections beware.
They do not answer their phone, only messages can be left. One staff returned my call from a different # and tried to spin me a load of tosh, I was having none of it. When I called her a couple of days later on that same number she nearly had a coniption !! Only then with P.O. proof etc did they return the money for onevof the orders. Still working on the other !!!! DO NOT ORDER from this Company they are totally untrustworthy.

I ordered two robes but only received one, which was nothing like either of the robes I ordered. I received a response saying they would look into it over two weeks ago but haven't heard anything since.

Do Not Buy from this Company!!

Unfortunately I did not see the reviews until I purchased 2 maxi dresses. I looked up the reviews while waiting for my order and my heart sank, I hoped I would not have the same experience as others.
Well unfortunately I did.

It started when I placed my order, I paid the $15 extra for express post. An hour later I received an email with a tracking number showing the item still at the business.
There it stayed for 5 days. I then sent an email asking when the package would be shipped and if it was by express post.
They replied it was by express post and had been shipped. That afternoon I received an email from Australia post that it had received the parcel and I would receive it in 6-7 days. The tracking number said 'parcel post', not 'express post'. Obviously if it is going to take that long it is not being sent by express post.
I received the parcel yesterday. It was not sent via 'express post'.
Firstly, the dresses are made out of rayon definately not cotton. They smelled like cigarette smoke and had a dusty film over them. The patterns were not evenly spaced as on the photos and were squished together. The patterns were not detailed and had missing details. The colours were different, red instead of pink etc and had missing colours. They are a cheap copy, like a 'Wish' version of the advertised dress.
The fit is not accurrate. I am size 12-14 and the L/XL just fit. Noone over that size would be able to wear it. The sleeves are too short, the design and cut is basic and bad. There is no other way to describe it. Very cheaply made, very thin and worth about $5 maxium. That is being generous.
I returned the dresses yesterday afternoon.
I notified them by email that I was returning the dresses and why and that it was fraud and they lied about sending it by 'express post'.

I had organised a dispute through the bank citing fraud after I read the numerous reviews and when the parcel hadn't moved in 5 days. They had already committed fraud by taking my money for 'express post' by that point, luckily I received a refund.
If they try to get the money back I have photos and will I be reporting to the ACCC.

Please do not purchase from this company. The reviews are true about how bad the clothing is. I would love to know who the actual companies are they have taken the photos from so I can actually purchase from them.

I ordered a beautiful kimono with palm trees on in a cream and green colours

I received a multi coloured kimono with lions and tigers in white blue bright colours.
It looks like it a children’s kimono.

I complained, I did not get a response straight away eventually, they said they would send me out the one I had ordered.
I Just received it on Friday, and they’ve sent me exactly the same one, they sent me out originally not like the one on there site.
now I have two of them exceptionally disappointed!!
I really feel that I have been scammed!

(UPDATE) Got email today, mon 26th Feb, 2024 100% refund processed by linen connections. And Afterpay verified same 100% refund to this purchasers account.

Shady, slack Traders Linen Connections are a pathetic wanna be business. Buyer Beware!
This shonky business issued me with a tracking number of an unused Australia Post Parcel Satchel.
Linen Connections never posted the parcel, never entered parcel into the Australia Post Tracking System.
How did I find out? weeks after ordering I lodged claim with Australia Post for lost or missing items. AP investigated and notified of same.
I emailed slack excuse for company six times-no reply. I contacted Afterpay to arrange refund. And 30 mins later I got 1 ranting email from this company'says, sorry we didn't post, goods damaged now, can't post, must order new goods, will remember to post when we receive replacement goods. I demanded refund-still no reply. Reported to Consumer Protection. Asked Afterpay to suspend this merchants account.
Still waiting for refund.

Non-existent customer service. Purchased two items 2 weeks ago - no AUSPost tracking apart from ‘shipment information received’ hanging there since February 2. Blocked me on their Facebook page when I left my negative reviews about their customer service. Also tried to contact them via their original website - no response either. Facebook messenger- no reply. Lodged a transaction dispute with my bank - getting my money back. Lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria. Please do contact Consumer Affairs and don’t just leave it. They are scammers.

Their product is very rough and waste of money as you will not get a refund. I bought a product from them with holes and loose thread and not heard back from them about my refund.

BUYER WARNING - PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The kantha quilt that arrived was nice but too small to use. They took months and only responded when I commented on Instagram.

No refund. Silence from them.

Absolutely terrible service, they do not respond to messages, emails or answer ph calls. Do not buy from linen connections. I believe they are a scam business. I did not recieve a tracking number or my purchase.
I used afterpay to pay for a $90 purchase from them and am trying to get a refund, but because they don’t respond to you at all, I’m going to have to take things further and hopefully afterpay will be able to assist me somehow.

Waiting for a month and still missing part of my order after several emails and saying they will send it.
They never send itemised tax receipts, packing slips or tracking info. First time ordering had to call up to get tracking. Second time no response until the day of arrival.

Then only half the order arrives! And they didn't respond.

They are terrible at responding to emails and just very unprofessional. Saying they'll look into it and a week later, still nothing.
It's like they're stalling for time so you don't lodge a papal claim in time.
Also they have different prices that are more expensive on etsy than the website.
A lot of mixed reviews on etsy with quality, but I found my clothing items to be reasonable quality. That is if you're lucky enough to receive them.

Placed an order over a week ago. Order still not shipped.
Contacted them via email (twice) - no response from them as yet.
I fear this ‘business’ is a scam and I have lost my money. Proceed with caution

I bought a moroccan floor cushion for around $150. It split the first time we sat on it. I was asked to return it and told I should have stuffed it with old tshirts, blankets and not bean bag beans. I didn't know that. They said to return it and they would refund me, so I spent another +$30 sending it back and now months have passed and nothing. No refund, no response to my emails. Avoid this organisation.

Great products at an affordable price. Will buy again
