George Jones met with us to show us the property and he was an absolute star - he was delightful, had a mine of information and was able to answer all our questions. What a lovely man to have met in our hunt for a perfect new home for Mum - Thank you George - you are a legend and I will let everyone know who to go to if they are looking for a great rental experience.

Linley& Simpsons is managed great with our renting processs. Everything is happened digital which is great for full-time workers so didn't have to speare some time to do document process. Special thanks to Agent Eleanor was realy helpfull, kind and cooperative with us

iDo not buy or rent a home with linley simpson beverley area and surrounding villages They after as much money from you as they can get and
They take all your money and treat buyers tenants unfairly and do not buy rent from a seller in leven he is nasty arrogant rogue like this company linley simpson
They are low principals badly managed come across as charming and market properties higher than they worth for little more than they worth
if treated badly they will try to take lot money from you and beware of certain sellers new properties in nearby area as some not fit to buy rent from
be very careful if buyer or renter as they only interested in taking as much money from you as they can and there are other agents out there that offer more

I will not suffer any further bullying terrible treatment and feel i said all i need to about linley simpson and do not want anything whatsoever to do with these people

if my review taken off line then think twice about trust pilot as others should be aware to any truth be told be warned if you refuse to speak to bad agent after bullying humilation etc etc by estate agent beverley

This is the first time that myself and my husband have used Linley & Simpson and we are absolutely amazed by the service we recieved and would highly recommend to anyone. We sought help when our landlord dropped on us that he had decided to sell after our long term let with them. George from the beverley branch came to our assistance. As you can imagine it was an extremely stressful time, but he reassured us, kept us in the loop the whole time and showed he genuinely cared. Thank you so much for everything George, you really are an asset to the company.

This company offer there services to Landlords as a tenant finder

They are then asking Landlords to pay an administration fee, so that they can put a bond of a property they don't manage into there own account.

This is a method that they are using to keep lots of deposits in there own bank accounts and ticking up the interest.
The administration fee they are charging to offer this service covers the costs that are required by TDS to protect it, although it remains in Lindley Simpsons bank account.

They then try every trick in the book to draw the process of sending tenants there deposits back.

This is an absolute SCAM Landlords
So please be aware.
If Lindley Simpson offer a tenant finder service for your property keep the deposit in your own bank account and gain the interest.

I rented a property through the Beverley office. From start to finish, all staff have been fantastic. Their customer care is very good, efficient and always available and dealt with queries promptly.

I was very impressed with Linley & Simpson.
Will was very accommodating and helpful. Firstly allowing my Dad to view the property in my absence as I was unavailable for the next couple of weeks. I had been looking for sometime and this property was exactly something I was looking for.
From putting my application in and to have it approved to receive all paperwork and a moving in date within a week is amazing.
I am looking forward to moving into my new home.

Laura from Beverley office was simply fantastic. She was understanding how I didn't hear her on 1st visit as inner door closed to keep the heat in. Very kind indeed when I got gastric flu & needed to change visit date. I'd give 6☆ for Laura if possible.... a very kind & understanding person

From the start of our journey to us actually getting the keys to our property took just over 5 weeks and we cannot fault the help and support we have been given by all the lovely staff in this branch and the team at the head office. We would, without any hesitation, recommend using Linley and Simpson but hopefully we will not have to use them any time soon as we absolutely love our new home.
