Be careful when dealing with Linley and Simpson as a renter. They will wrongfully retain deposits from you and steal your money. Be very wary. Awful company!

This is for Stephen Shodia, he turns my negative experience to positive one however it took time to get it but that is understandable because of the process of approvals and authorisation.
Stephen made sure that I am updated with latest details on the issue and keep following up with agent or landlord wherever it is required. He has shown us the empathy for the issue we had and suggested workarounds to get things done.

I have to say that Linley and Simpson have been a please to deal with during my move into my new flat. Sharon at the initial viewing was a pleasure to speak to, very professional & informative. Richard in the office answered all my questions & queries quickly & efficiently making it a smooth process. Alex-Jay in the referencing team also dealt with me professionally & promptly to move the process on at speed. Tracey and Rachel were brilliant to deal with when it came to the key handover process that went smoothly and quickly.
Overall a fantastic set of people at Linley and Simpson that made a potentially stressful experience an effortless task.

The team over all are amazing, polite, kind and efficient in their work. Notable shout out for Miss Hayley Oldfield she was the one I had most communication for any concern with the property or the contract, she was efficient kind and very polite.
