Be careful when dealing with Linley and…

Be careful when dealing with Linley and Simpson as a renter. They will wrongfully retain deposits from you and steal your money. Be very wary. Awful company!

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way. We can confirm that we act in line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, and holding deposits are only retained where this is permitted under the legislation.

In this case, the outcome was reached following the application and referencing process, and in accordance with the landlord’s instruction.

Excellent support from Will and Carl

We have been a tenant with Linley & Simpson for many years and have our annual inspections with Carl Stubbs who is polite, friendly and a pleasure to have visit. Will and the team have been excellent in accommodating for and supporting our needs as disabled tenants and we cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

Quick Turnaround

My previous tenant left less than a week ago and Rachel Urry and Tracey McWilliam have gone above and beyond to secure a new tenant who is moving in tomorrow. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Excellent communication every step of the way. Thank you ladies

Great customer service from everyone…

Great customer service from everyone starting from Rebecca who I dealt with over the phone to Tracey and Lea who supported me throughout all the checks and collecting the keys. Answered all the questions I had. Would highly recommend.

Kudos to Customer experience for Stephen

This is for Stephen Shodia, he turns my negative experience to positive one however it took time to get it but that is understandable because of the process of approvals and authorisation.

Stephen made sure that I am updated with latest details on the issue and keep following up with agent or landlord wherever it is required. He has shown us the empathy for the issue we had and suggested workarounds to get things done.

5 star service from 6 star staff!!

I have to say that Linley and Simpson have been a please to deal with during my move into my new flat. Sharon at the initial viewing was a pleasure to speak to, very professional & informative. Richard in the office answered all my questions & queries quickly & efficiently making it a smooth process. Alex-Jay in the referencing team also dealt with me professionally & promptly to move the process on at speed. Tracey and Rachel were brilliant to deal with when it came to the key handover process that went smoothly and quickly.
Overall a fantastic set of people at Linley and Simpson that made a potentially stressful experience an effortless task.

Very helpful during moving process

Tracey was very helpful in the moving stage with been on the other end of the phone any time we needed anything and always there to answer any questions we may have. Lovely and polite and nothing was too much trouble.

Great experience

The team over all are amazing, polite, kind and efficient in their work. Notable shout out for Miss Hayley Oldfield​​​​ she was the one I had most communication for any concern with the property or the contract, she was efficient kind and very polite.
Always had a solution.
I have dealt with the team for a few years.
