the worst estate agents ever dealt with! Never get a response when works needed doing in the house. Boiler broke early december reported as usual was told to wrap our 3 month old up to sleep as the boiler could take 2 weeks to fix cooker which was part of the house then broke again in december was told to eat sandwiches while they tried to deal with the landlord was without a cooker/oven for over a month. Black mould in our sons room which was never dealt with as we was told it would be. Tiles above the bath then because loose was told it would be fixed they came to measure and never showed up when followed up with estate agents we kept getting told they were trying to work out dates and they would let them selves in whenever to fix the issue which we then told them absolutely no one was to enter without us being there as we had a dog and then it became our issue and was never fixed. We had kitchen tiles loose and falling doors falling off constantly cracks in the walls bowing ceiling etc and noting was ever done. We was made to feel ridiculous for reporting these things which were half of what we could have reported and left us in a home with a baby which was very clearly unsafe.
