We have let our property through Linley and Simpson the past four years which has been an effortless process. They provided a very efficient and professional service, solving any problems with ease. We decided to sell the property due to retirement and Linley and Simpson could not have been more helpful in arranging redecoration, viewings and managing the whole sale process. We are very grateful to Steven Noble who was outstanding in helping us sort problems with the property before it was sold. Nicola Sharples was also excellent as the sales coordinator and very professional managing the buyer . Thank you both.

The worst letting agency ever. I rented with them when I was younger and got ripped off with my bond. I stupidly rented with them again thinking things might change with the new bond security rules. I was a decent and respectable tenant for 6 years in the same property. However Linley and Simpson Wakefield took no time in taking money again from me, threatening me about going to the bond company at a time when I was going through a hard time in my life and assured me the only way to get my money back quickly was to take their 'deal'. Not only this, they used the utilities at my property between the dates I handed my keys back and the end of the tenancy date which cost me money in gas and electric, for which they are refusing to pay for because according to them it is my responsibility to pay for this, even though I couldn't have possibly used any gas or electric as they held my keys.
If you like getting your rent put up every single year regardless of inflation, getting your bond taken off you regardless of how well you look after a property and then having the company use your utilities after you move out and charge you for the privilege then by all means go for it with these clowns.

Appalling company do not use this company , the worst experience I have had , they keep holding deposits from you and when the application has been withdrawn and don’t refund the money back and make up a load of lies when asked why I am not eligible for a refund , avoid at all costs

After not such a great experience elsewhere, I decided to go into the Wakefield branch for some help with finding a flat for me and my partner. I was greeted by Wendy, who was so lovely and helpful, and assisted me with booking some viewings. After we viewed a flat and fell in love with it, Wendy helped us with our journey and explained the process clearly and was always very speedy to get back to me with any questions I had. We felt very reassured throughout the process and it definitely made our stressful time of moving a lot easier. It was lovely to go into the branch to show our ID documents and the team there greet us with a smile and welcome, and we felt very looked after. Thank you very much I will recommend Linley and Simpson to anyone that is looking to move.

Shocking company.
Cant manage anything In my eyes. There clients propery damaged mine and 3 months later I still cant get them to deal with but they they outright refuse to pay for my contact to fix the issues.
No manager will call you back and emails take over a week to get a weak no support reply.
I was going to let these rent my apartment out but I wouldn't let them manage a shopping list.
