My necklaces arrived really promptly and are absolutely gorgeous - however I did have a slight problem with one - I contacted customer services, was dealt with in a lovely manner, really helpful & a replacement was sent out immediately.

The shell earrings I ordered faded very quickly from bright gold to dull and lacklustre. When I informed Lisa Angel they immediately offered a refund or a replacement pair. Excellent customer service and sadly unexpected in the world of online shopping. Well done Lisa Angel

My partner got me a personalised bracelet for Mother’s Day from my baby daughter, it had tarnished with in just a few weeks so I contacted Lisa angel via Facebook and spoke to a lovely lady called Lily, she kindly sent me a replacement and also upgraded the metal for me so it doesn’t happen again, customer service was perfect and my replacement is perfect too thank you so much! It also arrived the day after speaking to them. Thank you again

i am absolutely blown away by how good their customer service is.

I placed an order, then realised the address was wrong and dread washed over me that i would now face a 2 hour battle getting through to someone to change the address... but my god! i called, selected one option from a menu and my call was delt with in under 3 minutes!

Recently made my first purchase from Lisa Angel. There was a small manufacturing defect with the item I bought and once I brought this to customer services attention I received a prompt reply apologising followed by a replacement sent the next day. I am really impressed by the service I received and grateful to receive the replacement quickly. I will order from them again - thank you. Fiona

What a fantastic company.
I ordered a miniature gift box for my cousins birthday from the website, the parcel was delivered the next day. However, I soon realised I’d sent the item to my cousins previous address (hadn’t lived there for 6 years 🤦‍♀️😂).
so I just emailed the company to inform them of my mistake, and with the hope that when they received the returned item, I would pay postage again to have it sent to the correct address.
As a beautiful gesture, they kindly just sent out a new gift box to my cousins correct address and she received it the next day!
I find this such a lovely gesture, which I really wasn’t expecting! The gift was gorgeous, and my cousin loved it. So you’ve made both of us very very happy.
I can’t thank you enough for your kindness with this, especially as it was 100% my fault 😂

What a great company, first time using this website, ordered a feather necklace as a gift, thought i also ordered a gift bag and box too, when I received my order confirmation I realised I had only ordered the necklace, I contacted the company who sent me a link to re order the box and gift bag and refunded the 2nd delivery charge. They cudnt have been more helpful, ive just received the gift, it all looks beautiful, so happy I ordered the box and bag too, makes it look even better, so pretty, the order also came earlier than expected.. i will definitely use this website again, thank you Lisa Angel...

Had an issue with an item bought in store - great customer service to arrange a replacement.

Bought a necklace for my daughter but it was plain. Contacted customer services and dealt with a girl Sophia. She was fabulous, helped me make my necklace bespoke, got it engraved and helped me pick the font. Sophia ensured my order was complete without any hassle. Sophia was so helpful, fantastic customer service 5*.

It’s not just for the product but for the continuous care I received at every step. I contacted customer support about every little thing because it was a gift and I was stressing, they got back to me so quickly, when it arrived with a letter not right as it was foreign, they issued a replacement with express delivery which I appreciated because they understood without me having to really ask for it and it shows that they value their customers. That’s 4 queries at least I probably had to communicate with and got helped with all promptly and that tells you what you need to know.

Honestly.. I would give 10 stars if I could. The customer service from this company was amazing. I ordered a necklace for my Mum's wedding gift, the delivery company failed to deliver my parcel, and Lisa Angel team sorted it out straight away.

Really, really appreciate how easy the process was and the quick response I received from the customer service rep, Emily.

The necklace is also of amazing quality, considering the really affordable price. My Mum hasn't taken it off since, no signs of tarnishing, it still looks brand new!
