My experience of Listers in Lincoln is…
My experience of Listers in Lincoln is always a good one. Muhammad, a new 'service buddy' to me was excellent, keeping me informed of progress on my service and MOT every step of the way. He was also very efficient in sorting out an issue the next day. Great customer service.
This is my first visit since the refurbishment and from a customer's point of view I havent decided if I'm a fan or not. The jury's out!
I'm not sure if there has been a cut in reception staff or whether as it's summer, staff are on holiday or maybe ill. When I arrived there was no one on reception or as it says now, Your journey starts here! This happened on several occasions while I waited. This is not a criticism of the reception staff. They are amazing. Friendly, helpful and clearly fantastic multi taskers! A member of the sales team did step in and got me started. Proof of a flexible team which is good, but personally, I would like the reception staffed at all times, particularly as I had phoned the day before when no one answered and I was cut off. Presumably there was no one there to answer. I did phone several more times and this wasn't an issue. A bit hit and miss it seems.
I've used Listers in Lincoln for over 15 years. I would have no hesitation in recommending them Thank you Listers' Lincoln Team.

The pricing for a routine oil service…
The pricing for a routine oil service was frankly ridiculous. Topped off by not stamping my service book, which I had to check and get resolved. It’s a very busy dealership that is looking a little run down. Will try somewhere else next year.

Excellent service from Toyota Nuneaton
Excellent service from Toyota Nuneaton. Very warm welcome from receptionist who asked if I want any drinks while I wait. The person who took my keys mentioned my spark plug got changed at 60,000 mileage so I didn’t have to spend another £200. Thank you. The person who took the payment gave me some great feedback about the car too. Great service.

Great customer service and hospitality…
Great customer service and hospitality from these guys... 10 out of 10. Lottie really looked after me and kindly gave me a lift into Lincoln whilst work on my car was in progress. Also, a thorough Health Check on my car proved invaluable revealing some safety concerns with tyres. Great service from experts who really know their job.

Listers Landover in Droitwich were absolutely amazing from a customer service perspective from the moment I walked in- special thanks to the service team for their excellent updates and to Donna and Georgia who allowed me to use the business lounge for meetings and brought me refreshments on a regular basis.
